    Coronavirus

Stop pissing in the tea urn then
  3. Not to mention the lads who got sacrificed as rearguard to let them get off the beach, my old man being one of them. 5 years in the biggest POW camp in the Reich and a 1000km forced march in the depths of a Polish winter, wounded by a land mine when liberated by the yanks......the reward was being told he wouldn’t be allowed out of the Army when he got home because he was a volunteer from 1938! Had to sit in a f***ing hospital and pretend to be mad for nearly a year before they would let him go home ! He knew the score, told them to shove their service medals and their poppies
  4. Well I am dreading this weekend, after reading about Villa & Sheffield’s sickening display tonight and reading that the premier league are intent on going ahead with this BLM on the shirt crap it will be the end of a love affair with my West Ham.......and I’m gutted, absolutely gutted. It will be non league only for me then and watching champions league foreign teams .......the premier league can go f**k itself ! 35 plus years of pain, pride and some of the happiest memories of my sporting and adult life down the toilet........it’s a spit in the face too far for me.
  5. Well if we are talking about series on telly I have been watching The Yorkshire dales and lakes, it’s mega.....just good, honest, nice telly about decent british life. The last film I watched was a documentary film that I ordered on DVD called “The Biggest Little Farm” and it was amazing, life affirming watching......I loved it.
  6. My favourite is Django and the dog scene, DiCaprio is absolutely legendary in that scene.....in fact he totally steals the film. I wasn’t a big fan of his until I watched this.
  7. Agreed Once again, spot on Again, 100% Now me and you see most things the same but I can’t agree with you on this brother, they are all of those things in the Last two lines of that paragraph I’m afraid. My impression (and admittedly none of us know the truth) is that they are professional career types who see having kids as just another step on the career path of life. I don’t care what anyone says, you don’t leave tiny toddlers of that age in a hotel room and f**k off out for dinner.....you just don’t, nobody does. What sort of professional idiot does t

To qualify mate, I’m English and patriotic, we were at war with republicans at the time.....of course I was rooting for the loyalist side. Id have thought that was obvious ? Im also catholic so for me, it was nation over religion and I think you will find most English think that way. Now, as I say, there a bigger things to worry about not that I was intensely worried about Irish nationalism or republicanism anyway because I wasn’t .

My wife’s granny used to introduce me as “this is my granddaughters boyfriend/husband....he is catholic but he is very nice !” Lol Lol ? I wouldn’t mind, I was rooting for the UVF ! Lol As has been said, all best left and especially seeing as we all have a bigger enemy

I don’t think it’s a case of forgetting mate, more a case of moving on. Them blokes are never coming back, they won’t even let them form a government here and they will rightly be forgotten except by those whose history is republican violence. But, you let them have that, don’t make them bad people same as it don’t make orangemen bad people for remembering King Billy. I have enough having to spend each day watching coons and lefty’s cry about history they don’t like. We don’t need to act like babies as well, we are hopefully made of better stuff ?
  12. Dogs sniff before they piss round bushes I have found and when they sniff that they leave the place alone mate. The stoat has packed his bags and left town mate

  16. That’s the spirit mate, it’s easy to forget to stop and smell the roses so to speak....we all do it. Great stuff mate
  17. It’s as easy as doing it mate, believe me I know......if you want to then you find a way
  18. Well, there’s your answer right there
  19. He did mate, earlier on......
  20. Imho medicating is a very, very bad idea.....eventually your body and brain don’t know what’s “normal” and what isn’t any more. I always believe that if you are in that sort of state that you require medication for something as normal as sleep or positive feelings then you need to closely re-examine your life and thought processes. A life style change may be what’s required. Think about it, if a person is having to medicate to keep doing what they are doing then they shouldn’t be doing it......nature always gives you a clue
  21. It’s been amazing, it has forced people to take the bug out of their arse and act normal again.....love it
  22. Of course the tribes were fighting, it’s what tribes do......just have a look over the pond at Africa, still at it. Its in the very nature of men.
  23. Do you think we should send those blokes an invite to the Notting Hill Carnival ?
  24. To be fair, people of the British isles (and includes ireland even to this day) have been cutting about and picking fights forever......we are a load of horrible c**ts really mate ! Lol lol
