    In an attempt to be sensible, let me point out where your idea falls down. When the Windrush rocked up at Tilbury, all the people getting off that boat were probably fairly quiet just want a job and house type folks. Same as when all the Indians from Uganda and Pakistanis turned up...... 2 generations later their offspring are ruining the gaff.
