I hear you mate but turnouts are already awful, and they are still getting elected. No, it needs a mass of people to get out there and actually put other people in a winning position. Absolutely anybody at all...... However, as interesting (or not) as these conversations are bet your bollocks to a barn dance come the next election even lad who have contributed to these threads the last few years will be arguing over who’s better out of labour and Tory. Its seems very, very few people can get their head round the notions that it’s neither of them !

It’s no big secret, all the people in Westminster are just not very good.....simple. These people aren’t the greatest minds Britain has to offer, they are your 14 year olds head of year done a bit better for themselves.....that’s it. Given that is what they are, what’s the danger in just voting for anyone else but them ?......I can’t see any, let’s face it, they can’t be any more inept or morally bankrupt !

It more like cartilage than bone mate and the flesh sits on the top, you just scrape it off either side. All the cartilage is linked together like a blade, not like them pin bones you get in most fish.

I think we have to remember if effects different people differently, if it didn’t half of Britain would be wiped out. Pal of mine, 50 and a fit type lad, he got it early on and it ruined him. Lost about 4 stone in 2 weeks and said he had never felt so bad, it was only lack of space that he wasn’t hospitalised. Lucky enough, he has recovered now but he was bad like. The yank in the video sound like a head case to be honest.

Gaelic is a religion here mate. You get football towns and Gaelic towns although every town has a Gaelic team. If I’m honest Football here just about holds on imho, there clubs where it’s big and is supported and it shows then there’s the little village team who struggle for numbers and funding every year. Top flight is nice, 15 quid to get in for me and the boy, right up by the pitch, smallish grounds of like 5000 capacity which are never full. Cup of pissy tea and a dog burger, jobs a good one

That’s it mate, can’t beat it. I still love going football (when I can go again), the whole ritual, time with my boy, getting in the turnstile, smell of the pitch and all that old soppy nonsense but I like it. At the minute me and the boy will go and watch local armature sides, Sunday teams and all that.....just being around football and football lads really. I must admit to getting a bit tired of telling people I don’t watch top flight football anymore when everyone’s having the “oh, did you see Kane the other night” or “what about Liverpool?” .

I’m a football lad, I love my football mate I have to admit. This current tournament is the first major tournament I have ever not watched. I can watch loads of other football and not feel in the least bit pissed off, simple. You don’t have to be a party to it if you choose not to.

Non league needs peoples help badly, go and stick a tenner in your local clubs pot and watch that instead. None of this shit is going on there
