Did the same when we was teenagers, bloke bought a local closed church….showed us all round and he had installed an indoor koi pond in what was going to be his front room ! I think there’s a difference between apathy and being sick to stomach of watching your own buy into this shit all your life mate and thinking “f**k em!”……..but maybe there isn’t. I won’t argue the point because everyone will see it different.

You don’t have to feel guilt tripped about this stuff imho mate, it’s all fashionable now these marches and fair play to the lads that make the effort I’m not knocking them. But the fact is it’s all a fairly recent development. Id rather nobody went to marches and went out and voted instead (which I’m sure many do) but you get my drift. 10,000 at a march ain’t making much of a dent against the million of your own betraying you but at least they are having a go……but my point is, don’t feel guilty about not sticking up for people who by and large won’t stick up for themselves, you

Yes mate, my wife was raised on the Clandeboye, 3 doors down from Paisleys church in fact, so we always pop to visit Bangor when we are up here. My daughter just bought a house in Belfast so visiting her.

On the subject of indigenous European child birth rates, it’s completely deliberate imho mate….I don’t think we have to look to far to see that. If Hungary can incentivise its own people to have more kids then the richest country’s in the world can too…..but they just don’t want to. jmho

Good post mate. With regards to Trump and his “make America great again” , I watch a bloke on YouTube called Peter Santenello and he travels around America just getting into the bones of local community’s …….old coal towns in Appalachia and ex industry and steel towns in the mid west and south. When you see these places totally destroyed you very quickly understand why Trump is popular….much like much of our own industry that country has been gutted in so many places. Fair enough mate, I’m not trying to “correct” you, after all we are all entitled to believe what we want. My personal view is that they are so scared of Trump and his effect on the ordinary man (in a good way for the ordinary man) that they have bought the full weight of the state against him, blatantly, and they still can’t figure out why he is winning because he is winning…….they wouldn’t put all this time and energy into him if he wasn’t imho. Just looking at the bbc news page and I notice the wogs have been on a murder spree this week, “a 20 year old from Croydon” arrested for stabbing two women in Dorset, 5 people including a child shot on the street in Hackney and a lad working in a watch shop murdered in a robbery by 2 odd marks……..I bet absolutely none of that will get talked about at election time.
