A bloke tells me that intrasite gel is very good and he also says that keeping the scabs off and the wounds clean is also helpful.......i would imagine that everyone does things different.

I think we could all live with that.........is Bonzo busy at the moment? When it was ex hammers in charge, somehow it didnt seem so bad getting smashed out on the pitch because it was all West Ham top to bottom.....if you get my meaning.
