The national socialists had some very sound ideas on race, society and national identity, crime....the whole works. Where all of these right wing groups fall out of bed is that they have been working on a policy of "Exclusion". If they had a brain, they would realise that history teaches this just can not work......you need to work on a policy of "inclusion" which says that no matter what your colour, religion, background.....if you want to join in and follow a set of rules that make for a better society then your welcome, if you dont, then you best leave. IMHO, The best is also one of the cheapest, have a look for the Frost Moira.....can pick them up for about a tenner, will keep a really good edge using nothing more than a blade-tech sharpner and you dont give a monkeys if you loose one. Buy them 3 or 4 at a time and they will last a good few seasons.

When you earn a small living from being an author, it dont make a lot of sense to give your written word away for free. Better to save your content for your products, no one else is expected to give their "product" away for nothing. Just a thought.

Just to be clear at the start, I am not knocking anyones dogs, this is just my very humble opinion. In my eyes, I wouldnt call anything less than 40 a season "regular", less than 40 is bumping into or knacking one every now and again. For "regular" i.e. 50+ a season, you would probably chose a bigger dog.....other than that your just educating stuff. JMHO

Think the question should change a bit, when people talk of these small 19" dog taking deer regularly (pre ban), what do they mean by regular? 10 or 20 a season or 50 or 60?

You have had some good advice on this thread.......if you want to carry on you should try most of it. Dont beat yourself up too much about givving the dog a slap, you were at the end of your tether and lost it for a moment........you wont be the only person who has ever done that. All that said, you may just have a mental case on your hands and you will waste a lot of valuable time on something that may never come right....only you know when to make the call on that one.

Bull blood can benefit a dog, same as deerhound blood, collie blood etc....but it depends on WHAT bull you use Theres enough shite bull breeds out there, same as any other breed. Does a lurcher have to have bull blood to be a very good dog?........of course it dont, a good dog needs good parents and plenty of work no matter what the type of lurcher it is.
