    Do you give her any toys or things.Dye can sometimes set it off i had a grey who took fits and keeping things peaceful and not handling the dog whatsoever is the safest way to ensure her wellbeing and yours.You can buy stuff for fits without prescription of vio vet online.Potassium something or other and some herbal alternatives.Personally i would make sure no dyes in food or elsewhere and see how it goes

    Savlon wound wash spray and clean it with this after hes been outside everytime.Its basically hibiscrub but does the trick

    Start giving complex b vitamins this increases a sick or picky eaters appetite might help get him to eat properly and out of a bowl

    Put some of his food after youve soaked it in a kong and freeze it for a good few hours and he will have something to keep him busy also give him a jumper/jaclet whatever after you have worn it for a few days and that should keep him happy

    My bitch had a bad injury earlier in the year and the vet told me to get complex vitamin B i can highly recommend this it does work i wasnt convinced thought the vet was at it but it does a great job instead of 6 week minimum recovery she was fine in less than 2 weeks.Its cheap if you buy chemist own brand stuff I pay around 2 quid for 120 tablets one a day in each dogs food and they have thrived on it.That and id be giving some glucosamine and fish oil capsules to help the other joints cos if its favouring a leg the other 3 will be under strain.

    Id ask them about it and if you have the cash yes i would do the test cos the longer its left the worse it is and it can be missed to start with my dog looked terrible by the time i got the diagnosis.Didnt look like a gsd would have made a whippet look fat.Its your choice at the end of the day you could wait till shes off the steroids which tbh i dont like they feck the dog right up kidney and liver problems years on and agression weight gain and all sorts of crappy side effects they can feck up the adrenal gland as well.Then give it a week or two and see if she loses any weight if yes then ba

    Get a kong and soak some of his meal and stuff the kong till bursting and freeze it till its solid and give him it take him a good while to get it all out and licked clean by then he will have forgotten youve gone

    Could you house the dogs in the house for a few weeks to make sure they dont go missing?This way you can be a bit more happy knowing theyre not as velnerable.If all else fails the pund shops do little alarms not ideal but better than nothing also get a few big padlocks and link and old dog chain through them with a few bells on to lock the door and if they try to force it it will make a racket if moneys tight a wheelie bing and slabs whatevers handy in front of the kennel door will help and some random tin cans kicking round or anything that makes noise when its moved.Put down gravel in the ga

    Pals colliexgrey done the same thing recently and it was buggin her so took the pliers put germolene on the foot then waited 5 mins and wiped it off and pulled the nail off where it had snapped it was kept clean and she didnt bother too much about it.Healed quick and has grown back most of the way in a few weeks

    I dare say you could get away with this once or twice but i reckon a third time youd be dragged over the coals.I dont know in all honesty if its set in stone but i dare say it depends who you get wether or not the coppers are sensible or not one of the 2 i spoke to that night had lurchers and terriers so that might be why.If you get an anti your fecked i would think.

    What about a large crate and put terrier in there in the kennel.That way they can still see each other and keep each other company but not end up fighting.
