    Sorry but please dont force the dog unless its the last option try the easier ways first you want your dog to do it because it wants to please you.Not because it has to.The dog will respect you far more if you dont force the issue keep the harsh stuff for the really serious things in the dogs life.Plus by forcing it you may put it off forever.Try what i suggested and you will be surprised even if it aint perfect its breeding tells me its quite a smart dog.The salukis take longer to pick things up and mature my males only just started bringing thins back as asked and he was 2 years old in June.

    If your 100%sure she aint been caught its deffo a phantom.Flints a Cowbag when shes had them in the past been horrible the last time she wouldnt let the other dog or strangers anywhere near she was seriously defensive not running when out being hell of a careful dog considering shes usually 100 miles an hour any other time.She gathered all her toys and kept treating them like pups grooming them moving them and gaurding them.She wasnt eating too much though actually went off food for ages even sardines and stuff cos i was convinced shed been caught cos my other halfs dog let my boy out his crat

    Clean it up with Daz soap powder it breaks down the urine so its gone completely then he wont have a scent to mark hopefully.Then deal with him when he does it if you catch him if not drag him over show him and bollock him.My male done this a few times and i went nuts then a week later my bitch went into season so it may be this

    Put ferrets somewhere else and screw in a fen trap so when the fecker puts their hand in they will soon know all about it Either that or something nasty that will burn their hands

    Let her near the ferrets just now it will ensure she builds a bond with them and make it less likely she will want to eat them im sure the ferrets will teach her some manners and not to be so scatty lol.My male learnt quick

    You could try getting another dog who retrieves perfectly and take the too together and get the dog who retrieves to do so and each time give that dog summit tasty and if the pup does it he gets a tasty tit bit too maybe this will get him used to the idea

    OUCH deffo get some antibiotics in the dog and make sure you keep the area really clean maybe even get a lampshade so the dog doesnt scrath it when it scabs over.My bitch was the same the other night she ran after something through a spikey hedge with chicken wore through some of it and has some nasty scrapes on her elbows and gave her knee a smack so a small hole there and some scuff on her knuckles.Dont know how she does it sometimes

    Depends on the dog you plan on taking her out with.Does the dog have bad habits or not does it do its job is it well beahved ive found other dogs can teach pups and other dogs loads of good things and the odd bad thing too sometimes.I took my bitch out herself a few times and with other dogs on her own but well behaved ones lol.Other dogs will teach her social skills and help her be more confident but make sure you dont take her out with a nutter

    Instead of beating the dog senseless or an e collar have you tried kicking her out of your pack?Chase her away let her know your not very happy and see if that works either that or a muzzle mate.My bitch was very similar when i got her used to chase people out the park It was her place and she wouldnt have anything else in it now she doesnt bother her bum and the only thing shes funny about is her ball it must come back to me and if the other dogs gets in the road she will growl and snarl a bit.Another thing you could try is if shes play orientated if she does it back on the lead end of game

    Got this myself with my bitch just now a peach of a cut too.I use savlon wound wash to clean it as it floods the wound and foams slightly to get any grot out and then either wound powder or a wee bit of germolene initially then i leave it alone and let the dog take it easy.Wound wash is basically hibiscrub which is what most vets use anyway.

    Sorry as this will sound nasty but Spray collars can be used in agressive dogs in certain circumstances my bitch would fly at other dogs for a while after she got in a scrap with a staffy and if they came too close she would try to kill it.I have used a spray collar with great sucess not for the actual stopping of a fight but to stop her before it happens when i told her no and she didnt listen and shes a bull cross.You would need to get someone else with you and it depends the dog my male froze when he had it on but my bitch did well with it worked a treat on her.Shes very eager to please and

    Been here more than once with my young bitch.Their teats swell quickly rather than towards the end of the nine weeks they hide toys and whatever else they can find and mine tends to be a bit of a cow lol.She tends to give the poor male a hard time of it she was so convincing once even the vet was sure she was as where we.Turned out not thankfully Its been said that pregnancy tests work on dogs not entirely convinced but they work on wolves so might be worth a try.Has she been caught that you know of

    Can beat the kongs imo my male used to a whingin big beggar but he will happily sit and chew his kong no problems and if he/she has your smelly jumper it should be happy

    Wound powder helps too i got a bottle for a few quid out the local pet shop.

    Savlon wound wash and time mate maybe even some germolene.I use this all the time and finds it speeds up healing

    Get a kong and fill it with goodies and freeze it for a few hours prior to going out.Give him that and a teddy and a jumper you have wron for a few days or slept with lol.This works a treat he will soon be willing you to go

    Thats exactly it and vets havent helped the case either young inexperienced vets with silly opinions when they dont know the full story or have all the facts.It used to come down to wether or not the animal suffers now its banned altogether my usual vet has lurchers and terriers and works them even though she is a pdsa vet and she thinks some of its really stupid she like me sees why its happened.Things i could deal with myself no bother have to be dragged to a vet a fair bit away must be around 45 mins in a car to be treated.Seen a new vet once and i wanted to strangle the lassie within minu

    The dog isntfit enough by the sounds of it they build it up over time as they do with muscle and exercise build him up gradually to bigger runs and harder walks i found a good run is second to none for building them up and a bike is good fun too tripe is meant to help with stamina too

    Lol My bitch wont give mice back easily never has loves to eat them then i have to worm the little cowbag lol she will come over but wont let go and have to force the issue to get it back.Everything else gets handed over so it could be that is the case with her
