Giving the owner a kicking would make the dog any better though will it nor probably put them off from letting theri kid walk it either.I hope this got sorted n the dogs fine now its the dog i feel for and the kids cos eventually summits bound to go wrong with that scenario.I have a bull x something i wasnt keen on years back and shes fantastic natured well behaved loves all kids too much though if i let my kids take her out and someone came too close shed rip their throat out so hence the reason they dont walk her i do.Apart from which dogs occassionally fight or dont get along etc and kids c

His owners got cancer and is gravely ill now doesnt look good tbh.He doesnt get walked and is often left for days on end in the house alone with no one to look after him.Its because she ends up in hospital so not her fault so i have him here for his sake but my male hates his guts and he hates the cats so has to go very quick hes free to good home and is housetrained so far while hes been here he hasnt put a foot wrong that way hasnt chewed but he is a pup

Been here recently 1rst thing to do is write them a letter quick as you can and post it recorded delivery saying your appealing against theri decision if you win they have to give you all the dosh backdated that was owed in the time scale.Also wite another letter to the boss with the same thing mention what your annoyed about and why and mention in both letters you feel you have been victimised and single out that one word victimise seems to make them move a little quicker and you can also demand copies of the letter they sent with an appointment and demand proof of posting etc

Look up defras website the dog act and right to roam and some other act is explained there it will tell you what you want to know and then you have the actual leagalities no offence but i can see where hes coming from apart from the attitude there are people who do not control their dogs and hes not to know you will control yours as many people claim to control their dogs i know a few of the not my dog brigade or i can make my dog do such and such whilst watching it blatenly do the opposite of what was commanded of it so hes probably just fed up with that kind of stuff and such has sat on a po

Getting him the snip wont stop him altogether tbh i know loads of males who still do this and theyre snipped.I think you need to go a bit deeper on the other hand ive seen many working dogs with no balls do their job just as well its an old wives tail that if theyre neutered it affects their stamina and working ability.Personally i think this comes from the dog putting weight on when neutered but keep exercising the dog and that solves that problem.

Cheap and cheerful option is dioralyte from the local chemist mix a sachet up with 200ml of boiled water and mix through the feed for that night and its works instantly within 20 mins the dogs as it was before.Its totally safe even vets use it its around £1.39 for 6 sachets -
I know what you mean theyre determined especially her son to sort him out thye clearly love the dog to bits and care for him the money spent on this dog in the last 6 months has been phenomenol.He has sore ears he quite often shakes his head like a mad nutter.So shes chaniging his vet to my private vet and see what they say the guy shes been using is a clown and not very smart to boot.He as i said earlier wanted to give them sedatives for the dog to calm him down and hes just turned 7 moths old He is learning to give it up quicker than he was last week and hes certainly not as keen to stand

Ive never had a problem with it the reason i changed is my male mutt went ill for a few weeks and was in vets on a drip twice throwing up blood going daft trying to kill me and the vet lol.So changed them for a while and it turns out it had nothing to do with the food its Summit to do with pork it would seem he had a few pig trotters over that period and i tried it agaon not so long ago and he was sick and same thing over again so guessing its the trotters not giving him anything pig related to be safe though.Platinum is a pound dearer i think and its different to the gold in a few ways higher

Ive been wanting to feed raw for ages but cant figure it all out theres loads of arguements for and against and when i mentioned it the vet went mental saying how many dogs they get in fed on barf that have bones lodged in places they shouldnt be dogs dying from splinters etc so that kind of put me off still thinking on putting minced raw through their biscuit cos theyre on canin at the moment and its extortionate

Dr johns used to be crap but its changed id never heard of it till i got ma bitch and the guy was feeding her on it its fine i used it for ages and the dogs did pretty well on it were healthy shiny coats etc and happy to eat it.My pal feeds her non worker on the silver one and shes thriving shiny coat and very fit and happy.Silver sits at 18% protein golds20%and the platinum is 25% I used gold or platinum depending on what they were doing and the platinum has glucosamine and green lipped mussel extract and other fish oils in it to help maintain the joints

Might be worth going right back to the start keep being the dominating one and make sure she /he knows your the boss and you decide who fights and who doesnt and what happens etc.Clap other dogs if safe and give them a treat etc if the other ownners happy for you to do that and let the dog see you accept the other dogs.Done this with my bitch as well as bollocking her if she even mumbled at the other dog and shes far better than she was

2 in such a short space of time isnt good mate.I would if you can video the fit on your phone or camera to show the vet perhaps.Could be epilepsy or was it in the same place maybe she had a reaction to something.Been here with 2 dogs of mine and heavy dyed stuff can set it off like tennis balls or bright coloured fabrics cleaning products shake and vac to name but a few dyes in the food can be a big factor.If in the house and she starts to twitch or looks like shes going to have a fit turn the t.v off right away as this can cause and prolong fits.

Thats it exactly mate he had parvo then other problems and hasnt been well for a while until now so he hasnt been socialised hence me taking him around with mine and hes been molly cuddled a bit cos of his past.The vet suggested neutering but didnt tell her it could take months before his hormones calm down they suggested sedating the dog which is totally fecking stupid as he wont learn from this either.When i got onto him he did start to get a grip and spoke to his mum today and she and her son have carried on putting him in the submissive position and walking towards him rather than backing

A freinds dog whom i take 2 days a week for a run with my two lurchers and then spends some of the day here.Hes very dominant with his owner and her son(hes in his 30s)Hes only 6 months old and really does think he rules the roost he will bite and has drawn blood in front of me from her son.He takes no crap picks him by the scruff and puts him in his crate.Yesterday when he done it in front of me i dealt with him and he did EVENTUALLY stop but he is so stubborn its unreal.Hes food possesive even when its not his and will refuse to get off the furniture and when he does hides under the table an

Make sure shes tired when you do these things if possible it makes it less easy for her to argue back then.I would if you have people that trust you to do this dont pull her away stand and chatter and that way she will realise its not working maybe shes trying to acheive this by the carry on shes doing?What about a spray collar to remind her no means no it will be cheaper and more effeciant than a behaviourist.My pals cocker who i walk and look after twice a week attacks her son hes in his 30s and growls and dominates her too.Yesterday he done it in front of me and was slammed down on the floo

Get wound wash from any chemists mate its a handy thing to have for the dogs ive been using it for a while now and other people i know are too.It seems to speed things up a bit and i cant fault it tis wonder stuff.Wound powder from the pet shop is good for this too a few quid for a bottle and easy to use dogs arent clean on licking the place you put the wound wash either cos its horrid to the taste and very bitter so it stops intensive licking and bothering the wound.

I tried bones and chews etc for mine and he wasnt arsed but the kong i used to soak some dog meal and mix sardines or chicken or beef meat paste and crab sandwhich spreads in and stuff the kong with that far tastier and he was more keen on it then.Also make sure he gets a decent run about somewhere before you leave him dont talk to him when you leave or when you come to start with greet him last and after a wee while this should work used this method with a few whiners in the past one being a whippet who would howl all night to begin with
