I guess it depends what you want to do with your photos, if its just stuff like cropping, and contrast & some of the simpler things like turning to monocrome then freeware like these are a good starting point http://picasa.google.com/ http://download-photoscape-free.com/ http://www.gimp.org/ out of the three I use photoscape more than the others I do have paintshop photo & adobe lightroom , which I use on odd occasions , adobe elements is a decent one for applying filters over photos , but I didnt buy after the trial ran out on that one & its no doubt been superse

Just playing devils advocate, are their not potentially exceptions? If woman passed the necessary training? Or is it a case of, you only really find out whos capable when actually out there on the front line? And so you would have a lot of women crumbling despite passing selection and training. The tests carried out started off with the physical roles ie carrying the same kit as men having to drag a body climb over walls route marching etc etc etc .... This shed over % of the women ... have got the 70 300 .. but in comparison with the canon 55 250 .. its like waiting for paint to dry . i dont use the tamron lens it drives me mad its so slow

Granted there is a bit comedy value but these folk have lived with these illness/deformaties all there lives and i reckon its a big "f**k you" to everyone thats ever taken the piss. spot on none of us are perfect , i choose to be single because i am anti social , but for someone who wants a partner & has a disability it must be twice as hard . good luck to the lot of them
