You bizarre man. Hubble simply collected data, expansion theory was the explanation for that data. TBBT is a logical consiquence of expansion. That's science. Not bible gossip. Which page in your book has the velocity-distance relation of celestial bodies that Hubble stole? TBBT has made several prediction which have been discovered such as CMBR. Which page in the Genesis was that on, I forget?

LOL, so in one sentence you believe the universe is expanding and in the next it isn't. LOL No the planet were not closer, that's not the effects of expansion. Expansion on the Solar scale is so small as to be inconsiquencial and swamped by the force gravity. So your little moon problem is not a problem, you would understand that if you understood expansion. I haven't the foggiest what you are going on about angular momentum for. We're talking about Cosmic expansion not spinning tops.

He stole it....... so why then was it such a revolutionary piece of work? Ya know, considering it was so well known beforehand. So if the Universe is expanding, you accept expansion is true and thus TBBT is true as that is the simple conclusion of expansion. You also accept that the Universe is over 13B year old as that is a very simple caluclation based on the rate of expansion.

Or was he one of these Govt paid scientists brainwashing the masses with his findings? LOL LOL You know all his data is reproduceable? Any number of Uni's can and have done it. It was one of the greatest pieces of scientific work carried out in modern times. So how do you explain it?

Max, you don't believe the Universe that we know has expanded from a single point? Because in essence that IS the big bang theory. Even Gnasher's lad on youtube believes that. TBBT doesn't eliminate God, for those of you that have that problem, it proves that the Bible taken literally is cobblers but it very much allows for the existence of a God. BBB will of course disagree, I'm sure Hubble and Einstein were fallen angels working for the devil.

Well then they are pretty f***ing flimsy in their beliefs aren't they. Besides, it says more about the human condition than it does about the existance of God. I've believed for a long time that the God concept is a survival mechanism that allows people to keep their heads in desperate situations which has the effect of improving their chances of survival in those situations.

That's not true at all. They absolutely believe the Universe we have now started with a Big Bang. What they now question are the implications of that, what was before the big bang. That lad is doing the same as every theist, essentially saying that because science doesn't have all the answers the answer must be God. As for his interpretation of the Anthropic Principle, he's miles out! There's an incredible simple solution to it, but God is a convenient one...
