    Mate, the £230 will be the loan and the remaining £170 will be the interest on top. You need to change ASAP from the standard variable rate which will no doubt be 3 to 5 percent. You should get another fixed rate for about 2 percent, but check out the cost of the product and arrangement fees on top. Go on a compare website or an independant advisor and they will do the donkey work for you. You get fecked over whichever way you go but you can make it slightly more bearable.......best of luck.     Stroller, pigeon won't be feeding wheat at this time of year.......will only feed on the grains at the end of the summer. They may be feeling on weeds growing amonst it or flighting over it. Not a great crop at thus time of year but you might persuade a few to decoy onto it".........best of luck but it's normally rape at this time of year. Bell

    Yes mate, just made the call now. £60 but unlikely to get to me for 3 days as they are overun on rat jobs. Caught a load in fens round the chicken pen last couple of weeks but trying deal with them in the house is another matter especially when i cant see where the're getting in.
