one reason you all forgot. its cheaper with slidders . most folk make there own , with wire they have aquired :whistle: saving 7p per ring. yeh i know know im a tight fecker personly i like the sliders, and now make my nets with one on one end and a ring on the other, unless its a big poke net.

same as me mole trapper, i also have them in the back garden . with one or 2 little warrens in the deviding hedge. for the most part i leave them compleatly alone. the most i have counted was 13 in my garden last summer . 3 adults the rest young , in two seperate litters diffrent ages. its great to just sit and watch them and there habbits. there have benn a number of ocations when the lurchers has been laid down chewing a bone and not 20 feet behind her the young bunnys have come out to feed.

AND THE TRAPPER CHECKED HIS TRAP THAT EAVNING , APROX 12 HOURS LATER AND THE CAT WASNT IN. BUT STILL WANDERING. THEN AT SOME POINT AFTER THE TRAPPER CHECKED THE TRAP THE CAT GOES IN . THEN HE GOES AWAY AND CHECKS 24 HOURS LATER. JUST A FEW MINS EARLIER THE OWNER OF THE CAT FINDS IT AND COMES TO THE CONCLUSION ITS BEEN IN THE 48 HOURS WHEN IN FACT ITS BEEN IN 24 HOURS OR LESS . DOES THIS MAKE SENCE.
