Yep no mixi,,, wich as you say is unusual not to see the odd one,,,,,I wonder if the amount of rain we have had has in baring on this. Didn't notice any flies,,, until we picked up some rabbits we had left by a wall for pick up on the way back,,,but we hadn't gutted them so it weren't an issue,,, mine go in the freezer hole,,,so it's not a major concern. Tell you something it was a real privilege being up there yesterday,,,I only wish we had more land for out and out dog work,,,most of my land is on pasture land , so it's move from set to set, rather than a good walk with the dogs puttin

Had a day up the dales today with vin, the first warren by a wall, no nets on first one out and cought by venus,, as the dogs chased this, two others bolted out and over the wall. Next warren , wrapped the long net round it , and quickly accounted for 3, next warren just a few yards away ,, same procedure although a bigger warren wich took up 90 yard of the long net wrapped round it,, this warren had 5 bolts wich were secured by the net,, but then we had a dig only 2 foot or so through some shale and big old rocks,, but it produced well with 3 being stuck up there with vins little Jill he

Got to be honest ,,,, I hate that chudleys stuff,,,,they shite that sloppy light coloured shit when I used it ,,, and I persevered for a couple of months ,,,, never again.

Yeh that Ben gezzers house has a special planning thing in place where he's not aloud to sell it on,,,, so in effect it's worthless ,,,must say I still think thats the best grand designs episodes , don't get me wrong there have been some stunning massive houses in some great locations ,,, but the talent that guy has with building from that green timber was great,,

Yep did the same first on push bike, then on motorbike,,, you just have to be inventive,,, a good rucksack for carrying your catch home.... In fact I know two lads that used to go lamping with a lurcher on a motorbike , they used to wedge the dog between them
