Yank football in 3 rd place,,,, that's fecking mad,, the games an hour long ,,, but takes 3 to play,,, and some of those big blocking players feck knows what they called,,, make me look slim with there bellys hanging over.. Them yank sports are boring ,,, mind there's only them feckers play them Think it depends on how you measure fitness ,,, boxing and fighting sports I think are up there,, along with tri Athlon ,, cycling distance running,,, but I think football and rugby are up there as well

The sport has been rife with it for ever almost,,, I used to work with a few lads that were big in to it back in the ,s and even they used to tell me then it had been going on years,,I think back in 60s they used things like speed ect

No body saying give it a big meal an hour or two befor running,,, feed it 6 hours befor running and it will be digested,, dogs have very quick digestion... I've done both and on big nights with loads of runs ,,, and without dowt the dogs looks better and run better , if fed 6-8 hours befor running,,,and every dog that I have flattened over the years has been a result of feeding the night befor... And here's another point,,,, I bet everyone of you that feed the night befor at say 10 pm,,,, I bet if you go for a daytime run the next morning,, won't alter your feeding habit,, I bet diamon

You know ,,,do wolfs really eat the stomach contents,,I often wonder,,, more likely they eat the actual stomach and flesh of the guts rather than its actual contents,,, of course some of the contents are going to get eaten,,, but I bet they avoid as much as is possible -

I wild wolf is unlikely to get carbs,,, apart from the stomach of a herbivore,,, even then I dowt they eat that much , of it,,, they will rely on fat as energy,, and protien wich can be turned in to energy,,, also Remember our running dogs proberbly doo more than a wild wolf ,,, yes they might run for a few miles to kill a big beast,,, but then hang around the carcas for a few days befor catching somthing else.. There not going up the dales banging rabbit after rabbit over,,, or running 4-5 hares in a day ect ect -
