I hired one last year in Spain brand new one,,,loads of space for all 5 of us,,,I would deffo have one for the family as well,,, But them old battered ones I just love,,as fat ferret said they will get lots of places,,,,also if it's an old one ,,,and you put a dent or scratch in it,,,who gives a feck,,,, Just keep your tool kit with you,,,,a hammer ,,cable ties,,and gaffa tape,,,lol Joking aside One thing I did keep with me all the time ,,was a spare fan/power steering belt,,,,and a crow bar to adjust the tension pulley

Just looked on wiki.... Went in as boy soldier at 16,,in the sas reserves ,,,then joined as a medic when he was old enough,,but had to do 8 week training with the paras cos he didn't come from a parant regiment

Fat ferret have you had to replace the air filter housing,,,I've done mine a few times,,,that is one bad point about the belingo,,,or the old ones,,,the filter goes down to about in line with the sump,,next to the passenger front wheel,,,so on very uneven dirt tracks,,it's ripped the bottom of the housing off,,and the filter drops out,,and is run over by the back wheel,,,lol After going to a scrappy twice and replacing it,,only 10 quid,,,the last time I did it I replaced the bottom of the housing with a flower pot,,,and gaffa tape,,,all the lugs that held the housing in place were missing
