about 1200...i think.....but its alot more now....and it was only 3 nights.......the best shes found latley on a pakage was around 3 grand for the 5 of us funny you mention that trip....the big cost in all that was the flights...and its crazy now for the flight......and she wants to go again ... so shes been checking stuff out ......fly to talin in estonia....£230...talin is on the coast opisite helsinki ...you then catch the ferry across...its cheap....then the overnight sleeper train up to kolaria up in lapland ...she checked it out a month or two back and it was £250 ish ....these

you know ..ive never smoked...either cigs or weed..never even tried them...... but i agree with you..i think on the hole alcohol causes more problems than most drugs....when you think about it sugar and alcohol are very serrious chemicals

im a good sleeper thankfully can survive on 5 but do better with 7 ....i dont usualy go above 7-8... somtimes when im up for ferreting after work i get 2 hours then ferret all day then back to work ...i can do it but it fecks me for a few days.... intresing this thread has come up my mrs last week bought one of them watches that tracks heart rate breathing ...everything ...what an intresting bit of kit....it maps your sleep pattern...light sleep ..deep sleep..rem sleep....puts it all on a graph on the lap top and gives incredibly acurate picture of your sleep........even when

remember that other family a few year back down the south west i think....they took there kid out the hospital and fecked off somwhere abroad....went missing for a time ....they got villified here by the media ....saying they had abducted the child ect..... turns out he got some treatment abroad and recovered ..not sure how true it is cos i aint checked...but last i herd is he started school... these doctors dont know everything....look how alfie is breathing on his own....at least let the itialians try....if nothing else let the kiddie home to die in peace with his family
