days off ...realy just means no gym.....you cant not go to work...mo the lawn or any other stuff you have to do....
theres loads of different workout scheduals you can follow.....every other day.........or mon tues train...wed off...thur..fri train...sat sun off...or some folk proberbly a bit more advanced might do train 3 days in a row...have a day off then 3 days train...day off and carry on like that...
the thing is....its got to fit round you and your family...and you got to enjoy it...or you will just pack in....if you can get in there for an hour 3-4 times a week ....stick with
