mate my honest answer is I don't know....I know I'm going to get one ..and give it a try....only because £££ cost is an issue for me...im after a second hand power rack....sometimes you can get a few bits with them when someone is selling second hand....so if a good quality oly bar is in with it...then great...

mine wernt.... so I was in there at lunch time.....cant miss Mondays.....international chest and arms day.... I'm looking at kitting an out house out....I think ebay is better than gumtree for gym gear if I'm honest.....if you want new theres a few places you could look but depends on price.... wolverson is good gear as is bulldog....theres also rogue ...but that's very expencive.....loads of no make bars for sale on the net....£60 for a 20 kilo Olympic bar...its the plates that cost the £££....and even more if you get bumpers

I have and I like reds....but then I'm a man and if theres big chunks of meat on the go....who can turn that down..... now I cant say reds is better than annies or vice versa....but I will stick my neck on a block here.....its the best burger ive ever had.....I forget the name of mine but it had layers of slow cooked roast beef on top of the actual burger pattie ....I cant recommend the one I had any more it was that good......and cos the beef was on top ...I took a few bits off first....just to try beautiful it was....theres a choice of fries...the mrs had skinny...I had wedge's that wer
