there doing a prequel a believe ... me and the mrs watched the last episode last night.....only started watching the hole thing a month ago.....loved it been a great program..... battle of the b*****ds was the best episode......and the bit when you think stanza is putting her little sister on trial.....but it ends up being little finger

katchum have you tried the front squat....because of the mechanics of it ,, it keeps you up right and forces you to use your quads ...it usualy means using less weight ... what exactly is the problem with your back squat??...leaning forward to much ...so it becomes a good morning ?...not making depth?...

must say I prefer the the 10z over everything.....think I had some of him years ago....but then I baught 200 yard of 10z sheet netting....and just cut to the desired length...and braid to a ring.. there great strong nets...

mate he still goes the gym....often at golds on venice beach.....just a few week back I saw him training in a vid with martins licics.....strong man that came second I think in last years world strongest man

there was one a few year back.....some one from the usa that tracked cugers came over....he pretty much dissmised everything....the uk guy he met showed him loads of pics of prints and kills of deer sheep ect....as he went threw the pics....he just kept saying looks like dog kills
