  1. Hi, try this website and see what you think barska.com i have a SWAT 8-32X44IR & its a brilliant scope for its money, so if your looking for a cheap but good scope i can highly recomend one of these.
  2. Hi, try the game at this link http://www.shootinguk.co.uk/homefeature/31...oting_game.html post up how accurate you were and how long it took you to shoot how many. my pb is 120 seconds with % accuracy from 50 Partridge. btw give em some lead. have fun
  3. do the black rabbits taste the same as normal rabbits or is the only difference the colour?
  4. you dont want to be aiming in front of a target, all you want to do is look at the target as if you were going to kill it by looking at it and then let your brain work out where to put your gun. if your aiming your gun then you cant be properly looking at the target. when shooting you should only be aware of where your gun is and no more than that.
  5. good luck with that, there are a few crows a maggies round me that need sorting as well
  6. There is also the CPSA and they dont just cover clay shooters, its also hunting with any gun and fishing
  7. well done, very good stock, espicaly as its your first one
  8. i think AGS stands for Air gun Sport, not too sure but i think it is.
  9. i dont know bout prices, it depends on its specs, age & condition. i used to have one, it shot well but didnt like 24g cartridges. aslong as you shoot 28g or bigger you should be fine with it recycling but it depends how much lead has been put down the barrel before you got it. overall there good guns
  10. i think you are right looking at Mirokus, along with Brownings you realy cant go wrong. i wouldnt go for a trap gun in your positon, i would go for a sporter. get a multi choke if you can but if you cant and have to get fixed choke get something like 1/4 and 1/2, that will do clays, game, pigeons, wildfowl and anything else you care to shoot with it.
  11. i might be intresed if you have some pics of the hole lot
  12. once when i went out i wanted to loft some pigeons but didnt have the poles, so i just found a huge stick and put them up with that. you could do the same or get a decent length of hazel for the job. just makesure that you can fit your decoys on top, may require a nail in the end or something to keep the deeks on.
  13. if that was done with an air rifle in 25 mins, how many could you have got with a shotgun . not bad going at all that. well done
  14. hi, definately squeeze the trigger, if you pull it you could pull off target. i have mine zeroed at 75yds as it gives a decent trajectory out to about 100yds.
  15. Hi all, just wondering when everyone will be harvesting the 3/4 grown rabbits that are best for the pan. iv seen a few about but not many so when will they all start appearing?
  16. if using a rifle you have to let them land but with shotguns i sometimes let one land, then shoot one as its about to land and then shoot the one that was on the ground as it flys off.
  17. hi, for your use i would have recommended a .17hmr untill you mentioned lots of wind. i would go for either a .22-250 or a .223. they you do the job well.
  18. well done. where u planning on getting ur ruger from? i can highly recomend Rimfiremagic.co.uk. i got mine from there and its awsome!
