    Lifting weights will burn more cals.. I'd agree with the cardio but id be swing bells,do sets of squats,deadlifts get your heart pumping. Id do cardio as a light warm up and down.. Id eat well and a protin shake will do you no harm.. Good luck.. Ive been all shapes and sizes.. I lack dedication to keep it going.. I enjoy cycling in the summer , much better than running. very true , weight cardio is the best cardio ever

    be honest pal I been hitting the gym for over two years now , and I would advise you too loose the weight by doing a weight routine which will burn fat but will start bulking you after a while , 15 -20 mins warm up cardio or do it after weights ? , I found better before personally, I was 22 stone went down too 17 stone and I have put on nearly two stone and even tho you can see the changes , you will never be happy enough , after loosing my wife nearly three years ago .     Jesus man and they wonder why hunting is in disbute, burning out tractors, letting a wild dog loose , that would do the hunt and hunting a great deal of good , u have too rise above this crap , there's usually a lot more too it than people know , hunting and politics leave a long trail over the years , with different farmers and landowners , these farmers need seeing before hunting near too there land , anti hunt or not ,and a plan put in place , it's hard too keep on top of hounds flying but there should of been someone monitoring that land , easy too say now but if it's happened before it ne

    doesn't sound like hes jacking at all too me , something has happened too him too make him come away , as the hard work is already done , you may have done too much too early , your only hope is too lift him now and try him next season , once they get into a habbit that's it , takes a lot too correct and the only way is too leave him off , maybe take him out on digs at the start of next season , listening too other workers , then giving him rewards , letting him know this is the reward under ground, ,ideally a few drains or culverts , start him off easy again . seen good potential dogs ruined
