  2. whippets 100% correct that needs shored... sure if your down that depth and everythings going well and have time to take pics...another hour or two to shore up wont hurt, yes I agree the welfare of terrier and quarry is forefront.. but when it comes to human safety... all stops need to be pulled out for the men in the depths... as in safety of man on the shovel is worth more than a terrier surely?don't worry about human safety. Terrier safety comes first.... the big hunter , comments like this make me chuckle , the hunting life bull shite , you throw yourself in front of a car too save your
  3. a lot of tight ass hunts put the skin money straight against there offal too bring the bill down instead of letting there staff have it ,... mate on the beagles keeps there skin money , aint much but it helps

  6. hes only got too scrape the sides back , 2 minute job? I'm far from health and safety conscious , but is too late when it happens
  7. skins gone at a low at the moment , calve skins $2.50 , beasts around $12, and offal is going up
  8. common sense would say too stack the earth back one of those bolders come off the edge then that's the end of yer mate , and even with the digger there , crazy -digger track bottom left
  9. bitter people , england one get over it , no matter how its theres , sad people
  10. your butcher skills must be very good..
  11. im no pre madonna , i havent done half of what some have done , but i will judge on what ive seen , so your son works your terriers? say no more , i dont bull shite thats a fact , and i would never claim too have anything decent , because all they do is make me happy and i judge my dogs on truth, the only bull shite was your above post and fox pooper , daft idiot a dog backing out too get the fox too follow it for f**k sake , cant cope no more lol
  12. A terrier still as to work the face to draw, sometimes for far longer than a digging terrier needs to,plus it often needs a little more savvy to graft that way. There is a massive difference in a dog retreating and a dog that works going backwards, when it needs to. so basically drawing, you have totally contradicted ones self , saying that they draw and that they bolt the most stubborn of foxes , if a terrier is going too draw there is less chance of it bolting , this sites fooking mental Its fecking rare that a terrier would need to draw its fecking fox Einstein, yet when its needed it
  13. how sad , nothing better than a BITTER LOOSER ...........

  15. the only reverse ive seen is when terrier killed it and then dragging it back
  16. its easy too judge standards now being the modern age , those men who couldn't use technology have probably forgotten more than the terriermen of today . too think were better this day and age would be obvious with the locator , but no locator would test any man and dog , hours spent in the field is experience in the brain
  17. England done it again , got the tally up and relaxed , yeah was a win , but not coinvinced
  18. killed many lions with me hands
  19. fox dropper and the lads , seriously ? rioting on fooking sheep , says it all what packs you follow
  20. plummer terriers , people can take the pi$$ but there aint many that can get a terrier too that kind of medium .....and quite right , different terriers for different jobs, that's the touble these days its too easy too drop one in and dig out , before we were rudely interrupted by the ban there were hunts that wanted every fox too ground ,ended , and there were others who wanted the bolt for the sporting chance , you would never be able too breed fox only terriers but if dam and sire are fox only then that's the only chance you could take , but that comes with its consequences , I had a little
  21. how the hell can a whip or huntman be right ontop the hounds whilst hunting , jesus man when they go there gone , split whatever , there not lurchers , they don't go for anything wooley ,..............there is a distinctive smell and there brought up too avoid ,.......hounds aren't safe , theres rock / cliff faces and the chances of rioting deer . caught up on fences , injury etc etc ....... im sorry mate it don't happen around here , maybe its diferent over in wales
  22. seen some terriers that I think would die trying , a dog you put in and you would be digging , or a dog that could only be worked as it needs mending time more than working time , people have there uses for such a terrier. as much as I would justify such a terrier , my personal preference is a terrier that could only work its only legal quarry under ground in the biggest places , a terrier when it opens up you know what is in front of it , no not knowing true too its bay , this type that singles out its quarry in the biggest of places , a bolting terrier , which obviously sits back and bays ,
  23. ive never seen hounds riot on sheep for a start , the seasoned hounds should be bullet proof and secondly on the moor as much as pups been walked properly seen sheep all the time , only take , half -couple out at a time , the only thing a first season hound may riot on is deer , as there not obviously broken too them , on the moor you cant be right on top of them at times for rioting on deer but the pups should be sound too sheep , a lot of hunts have sheep in the puppy pen when there back from walk . no hound should be out unless 100 % too stock and that is done before first season , apologie
