  3. There are still a decent sized group of waxys where I live, got some images today but the weather and light was poor Their feeding on sycamore buds, and some small red berries that are left over from last year..
  4. Call me old fashioned if you want, but I only use nikon/nikkor lenses on my Nikon camera..but thats my preference. Quality glass

  7. Good pics, a friend of mine here in Ashington found a goldies with 4 this week, now that is early..
  8. Im not a canon person, but if I was I would only be using lenses with the red ring around them..makes all the difference matie..
  9. Definately all got the AAAAHHHHHHHH Factor, cracking images I usually cant stand pics of dogs, cats or domestic, but these are very very good

Lovely morning this morning, sun shining catkins swaying in the early Spring breeze, went out hoping to get some bird pics, and this popped out..now this is not in a park, it was less than 20 miles from where I live in mid Northumberland, how it got there is beyond me...Ive hunted for over 40 year in Northumberland, never been away from the Northumbrian countryside in many different capacities, and Ive never seen one of these big fellas wild in Northumberland..he was alone, eventually straying into a field of horses..possibly an escapee, but just dont know where from considering where I clicke
