    Yes I agree , and theres plenty of top class rugby players ( usually All Blacks ! ) who bend the rules , in rugby a lot goes unseen , in football its so obvious its annoying , I do think managers will let a player cheat if he can get away it , Ive spent the last 12 years encouraging my son to " play his rugby on the edge " but I like to call it gamesmanship !

    Agree with all you say Gnash , although , unfortunately the bullying the ref thing was " home bred" by Fergie I think , a man who showed no respect for authority and encouraged his players to do the same !

    Gnash , don't think people are comparing the sports , more the people involved , I have witnessed both in depth , as someone who has numerous convictions from the 80s for football violence and as someone who has been involved in semi pro rugby , both league / union , through my sons involvement , SORRY , but mentality wise there is a massive difference , both with players and fans , like it or not . I wont list them all but a couple of quick ones such as no crowd segregation in rugby , the ref is called Sir , at both international level and grass roots , not the constant bullying of the ref by

    My son plays semi pro for Coventry Bears , hoping to get a pro contract as they are fully pro from next season , he has also played union up to county standard , ( also boxed , winning 4/5 till he had to choose a sport ) , Bird ,Tomo , Strongstuff ,off here know him ,and will vouch for him when I say , RUGBY , has moulded him in to what he is , thank God I took him to a rugby club when 5 years old , we watch the football together ,laughing as grown men roll on the floor ,like they have been shot , hes not yet 18 and has broke nearly every finger , lost several teeth and as a 16 year old , disl

    Far better that he sits at a Playstation , pretending to kill people ! Cant stand people who push their bigoted views on others , especially kids !

    They turned up a few times at my local hunt last year , usually on Saturdays , ( they cant bully the midweek bunch !) and the amount of times my car broke down infront of theirs , whilst the hounds moved off was unbelievable !

    We get that Cathy Scott from Coventry round here in the Midlands , calls herself an animal lover then drives her car through the mounted pack causing them to all get stressed out , even West Mercia police gave her a kicking shes that annoying !

    Antis had a petition to stop the dog programme going out , don't know if it has got it stopped then ? The other is about Jase Marriner , ex Chelsea Headhunter , hes always value for a few laughs , prob wont tell us anything the McCintyre programme didn't however .

    Nothing wrong with what your feeding , but , try adding some sardines a couple of times a week and mix some honey in with breakfast , nothing better for them .

    Saw Neville Brown fight a mate of mine , Andy Flute , Nev stopped it on a bad cut over Fluteys eye , it was on the old Sportsnight on BBC on a Wednesday , saw Bruno lose to Witherspoon at Wembley , been to loads of Hatton fights , had some top nights in Manchester at them , saw Naz make his pro debut on the Benn v Malinga card , but without a doubt the Benn v Eubank at the NEC was different class , superb atmosphere and a proper war , got in the VIP lounge , Gazza , Linekar , all Man Utd squad , Charlie Kray , in there , never forget it .
