As Baw's said, it doesn't get much worse than that. I can't imagine how I'd cope if I lost mine. My mums suicide when I was 24 was bad enough but I don't think I could bounce back if I lost my boys.

Trusting people who didn't deserve it and not following my gut instincts. Those two errors have caused pretty much all of my life's woes, and I think the same applies to a lot of folks.... To coin a cliche, you live and learn.

I think the thing is that a lot of the lurcher folks (not all...) are down to earth regular folks and not quite as up them selves as some of the other sections. I'm a shooter and I've never kept a dog but I've always been around folks who do. I love going out with them but it's not the same post ban. Shame... -
Steady on, Chimp, don't tar us all with the same brush. Some did take exeption to your spoof lamping thread, which was a shame. It gave me a right old giggle though. Whatever folks opinions of the airguns section are, Zini and some of the other lads have put a lot of effort into something and it's been thrown back at them. I can kind of understand their point however. Like your poker night, I guess, but the bottom line is that they are not thinking about the cause they are ment to be helping but more about their own image.

Well said, John, Zini and some of the other lads have put a lot of time and effort in only to have it thrown back in their faces, it's a feckin' disgrace. Help For Heros gets my vote and I like Scents idea too. ATB with your daughter, mate, I hope it goes well as it can for you all.

They're all different, mate, and what works well in one TX may not work too well in another. H and N's FTTs work very well in my friend's TX though as do AA Fields, so maybe give them a go but try as many types as you can to see what shoots best from your's. Cheers.
