    About 20 years ago we sent a a work colleague who was dumb as to the reception (Norbreck castle, Blackpool) for a long stand. He had narcolepsy, we didn’t know this little fact and he ends up crashing out and whacking his head on the marble counter. Pissing blood everywhere and out cold. People were torn between laughing and not ?

    I’ve done a couple of her recipes before (not Kimchi mind). Tbh I’m not really impressed by them, I think there’s other Asian blogger cooks out there that have better flavor profiles in their dishes. Best one I found is that British Chinese mum and son duo, they have a take away or restaurant in Blighty and post banging step by step guides to making the dishes. I’ll try and find a link to their channel later

    It’s a spicy fermented vegie mix mate, used like a chutney or pickle. Chinese cabbage, Daikon Radish, spring onion, carrot, chilies etc. All fermented over a min of 2 weeks. Have a google for a recipe, it looks easy to make mate

    ‘Kin specials lol I worked with a bloke when I was 17 (glass collecting in a night club in Blackpool) I was a student and he’s banging on about being a special. I asked him straight why he was working at 3am for minimum wage if he was so special ? Never saw him again ?

    A ramp up of production is included in all active military aircraft business plans. You’re not talking WW2 liberty ship production. But to supply Poland with say 30 F16s wouldn’t take too long, 6months if that. They already have the production line set up. Just becomes simple logistics.
