Picky bugger .

OK Ive just gotten off the phone with Addy who doesn't know any of this as been written about his company. Dave he wants you to phone him buddy please as he doesn't have your number and he will either meet with you F2F and explain the situation of speak over the phone and sort things out with you. The bottle and quick fill apparently as a mushroom fitting that cannot been seen inside the bottle which is very safe and is pressure tested to 300 bar prior to being released to the customer. He now uses a even better fitting that is safer than the Dr Bob so he informs me and Luxfers are

I think that you have made a good choice too if that's what you know Flow and get good results with .

I cant really comment on the quick fills lads as Ive never seen one or understand the engineering involved in making them safe but what I will say is I have a Twink MK 2, X3 and now the new Marksman silencer from A & M Custom Gunsmiths and they work on my rifles very well, especially the Marksman . I also have one of the newer version light weight cylinders on my HW100 S and its just totally changed the way my rifle shoulders and shoots. Bloody brilliant in my opinion, more shots and lighter. I understand that they had problems at the start with a faulty batch of seals but now the

No mate its just one small hole done with a drill that takes 1 minute to do. I do all my own now with a cordless drill and a bit of masking tape to stop drill slip. Si.

To honest with you buddy there are many types on EBay for around £21. I own them and use them from time to time and they work if you play with their legs a little on uneven ground, but since using a tilting bipod I haven't ever looked back. This type of bipod is great for uneven ground and provides a platform for straight lob to a target. The ones that I like are the Deben tilting bipods which are around £57. There are more expensive ones like the Harris tilting bipod but I have had NO problems with Deben what so ever. A rifle as good a BSA Ultra needs a decent bipod really bud

Sorry guys Ive just been out early morning corvid shooting and am only just catching up on this thread. The truth in the matter is that a .177 is affected more in the wind that a .22. Without going into the issue too deeply the science behind it is that a slower, bigger and heavier projectile stays in line better than a faster lighter projectile in flight and in a wind. The mass and the density of the projectile in a .22 pellet out weighs the speed to the target of the lighter projectile in the wind. Flow did a good demo on CGP, here is another one of 2 profiles from a .177 and

It wouldn't matter Flow as both are as good as each other . Si.

Hi Dave, Great efforts there buddy . Shooting and filming in perfect calm conditions is hard enough on its own if your using some sort of tripod so in a wind I can imagine is a real task in itself mate. Good on you for leaving the babies if you have no need to shoot them buddy your a real sportsman . Hopefully you will get them the next time when the weather is a lot better pal. Si.

I think that people seem to go the whole circle Mac. I know that I have and a few anthers on here. Start on springers then try pcps and love them and their ease of use and ease of accuracy, then after time forget about just how much you loved your springer. Its not until you have tried a springer again do you see how your shooting as degraded and you remember the fun you had with one again. I love my pcps and have got 3 top class ones that are the rifles I would choose for long range precision just about guaranteed in calm conditions every day but there is just something special ab

To me it just sounded like you are asking a reasonable question Tony and looking out for the blokes own interests. I don't think you warranted that response from the man . 28 years old though, you young lucky pup . Forget about it mate and just move on Si.

Yes Rog there defo was a phantom turret twister there . 15 clicks low and 10 click right and I only was gone for 1 hour . Same with Darryl, his turrets got adjusted by the phantom twister. It wouldn't be Mr T though as he as never done that before to me . Maybe it not a phantom but a LOL. Si. -
We always seem to get hooked up on this topic and we always get many peoples personal likes and dislikes which is good and just shows that both calibre produce great results in the persons hands that like and prefer that calibre. Lets not get too focused on point blank ranges in regards to calibre though unless we are only intending shooting between those distances. Forget the like and dislikes for a minute and lets examine the scientific facts. A smaller, fast lighter projectile will fly flatter over a certain distance than a heavier, larger and slower projectile as gravity has le

Just seen the tree huggers have reported the clip to YouTube for animal cruelty and now the clip is age restricted . Typical hey? All the poor shooting and wounding shots you see onYouTube and they are fine but put up a decent clip with humane shots and kills and you get bounced . Sometime it make me wonder. Si. -
They will be different in every barrel you try, some average, some brilliant and some bad. I use them quite a lot and have been lucky enough not to have bought a bad batch yet. My HW100 S and r10 MK2 like them loads as does Craig's MFR. My Mrs Ultra loves JSB Exacts though at 4.53mm and doesn't shoot Super Fields anywhere near as well as Exacts. Si.
