  1. Hi Sib, I have just read this thread pal. I have also had this problem before with my Air Arms S310. I was using my .22 calibre rifle the pellets (different brands) were clipping the sides of the AA silencer causing it to zero left then right. I put my silencer on my pals S300 in .177 and it worked perfectly without clipping. Movement up and down or left and right on pellet impact is not a scope problem if the scope zeroes fine on your other rifle buddy. It can be one of the following issues which i know that you have already looked at: 1. Barrel very slightly loose
  2. Thanks lads I'm glad that you like the R10 lads. She is a lovely bit of kit and served me well since falling in love with her. I cant wait till it starts to warm up abit and the nights get lighter. Thats when the bunnies like to come out and play in the sun, chasing each other with not a care in the world I will defo be doing some of my favourite hunting then from a static location over a warren just waiting with the scope cam and sexy BSA. Si
  3. Thanks Davy and Tony Hi Shay, She is looking sweet pal. I zeroed her at 20 metres on Saturday when the lads were up and she was knocking plaster out of the wall (my back stop) at that range so she is just about ready to shoot some vermin on the permission buddy. I just need to get used to that trigger let off pal as she is very stiff compared to my HW100KT and R10. The gun was quite accurate though mate hitting a blue Volvic bottle top easily at 20 metres every shot which is about the size of a kill area, and this was done with a small 4x32 hawk scope which isn’t my usu
  4. Hi lads, I took Dylan my son and Zin the Patterdale terrier out for a couple of hours with the R10. We wanted to try and get some more scope camera video footage for the new DVD. After a good walk around with the dog first to tire him out on another permission chasing bunnies etc, we went for a drive around looking for any legal air rifle quarry at my work location. It wasn’t long before we spotted a squizzer just chilling out on a fir tree branch without a care in the world until a FX 16 grain came whizzing towards its skull at 600 odd feet per second. (Bang) trophy numb
  5. Nice going lads. Its good to see that the old ProSport is knocking them bunnies over again Gary. Someone is going to get a good rifle if they buy that one mate. Si
  6. Oh i see Gary Now i understand LOL. I hope your evening went well mate. Si
  7. For my air rifle mate i always use a Deben Tracer Max with a red filter and brightness control dimmer switch for my lamping. It seems to do well for me mate. Zini
  8. LOL Moore You need to get a good SPRINGER then . They jump high. Zini
  9. I wish you the best of luck pal on your trip to bash some bunnies. Zini
  10. Not sure what IMAO means pal LOL, but i look forward to reading your write up later on Sunday evening pal . Si
  11. Thats a nice group for 10 metres Tony pal. Now that you have managed that you are ready for 15 metres LOL . No seriously buddy that is a very good group mate. Well done. Si
  12. LOL . As long as she moans in the sleeping room when doing gymnastics and not in the kitchen LOL Si
  13. bsa t10 with my lamp (177 calibre for acuracy) Hi Olim buddy, The gun looks super cool pal . Im a big fan of BSA rifles and shoot one myself in .22 calibre. Im not sure what you mean about .177 for accuracy pal. To my mind the .177 has a flatter trajectory and is more forgiving if your range estimation is out, but both calibres .177 and .22 in a BSA precharged are just as accuarte as each other and far more accurate than any average shooter can shoot. Just my thoughts pal Regards Zini
  14. LOL Stealthy. Get yourself a lovely girlfriend then pal That seems to work so Ive been told LOL Zini
  15. Hi Davy pal, Yes looking back now mate we must of looked like 5 drowned rats sat in my car all in shock at what had just happened. For all the idiot Gurka knew I could of had a baby in a baby seat in the car with me fast asleep. It wasnt just a little splash buddy. It was like a tidal wave coming over my window, actually so high it caused my engine management warning light to come on due to water being all over my bash board, my electrics and probably in my engine somewhere. Its funny now but it wasnt at the time. Bloody Gurka LOL. Si
  16. Thats a nice comment from a bullet rifle person mate and well recieved by all of us regulars on here. I have been bought up with game keeper Uncles and have been shooting since 13 or 14 years old pal and i can say that sometimes a air rifle is a better tool to use in some situations than a rim fire rifle, traps or poisons. They are very good at dispatching vermin. Zini
  17. It wasnt much of a de brief Rabbit. He knew exactly what he was doing when he went fast through the puddle. More hands on id say Si
  18. The rifle looks like the dogs nads Andy and i have owned a Stealth and a Storm myself so know how good they are despite the critics out there. I hope you all the best in selling it buddy but you will probably find that it gets removed from this section and put into the buy, sell section pal. All the best Zini
  19. Nice shooting Hunter. Im glad that you like the rifle buddy. Zini
  20. I find if you buy a top quality brand of pellets, wash and sort them before you lube them you dont get many throw aways. Maybe 3 or 4 from 500. I use FX 16 grains and the quality of them are brilliant. Zini
  21. Nice looking rifle that Venom, Im glad that you got a good deal on it to pal, your a real gent and deserve good things . Have you sold your PCP now and gone back to springers? I cant wait to get my new springer. Im keeping the 2 PCp's though for rainy days Si
  22. Chris, A Weihrauch HW95K is a top springer air rifle pal and is only bettered by maybe 6 or 7 other springer rifles on the current market. If you get it tuned by a good gun smith it will only be bettered by maybe 3 or 4 other springers. A new or fully functioning HW95K in the right persons hands will humanely dispatch any of the current legal UK vermin at ranges between 45 and 50 metres all day long with no problems. I wish you all the best of luck with it pal, but as Phantom says, only shoot at live animals at a range which you can hit that target every time. Zini
