  1. No problems Tony pal, i feel better now. I thought that some old footage had snuck in my mistake to the 10 minute trailor. Most of the footage on the new dvd i have already put on here in dribs and drabs for the regulars on here to look at mate. Im sending you a PM buddy. Si
  2. Getting them serviced is very easy pal and some of the stuff they can do with these guns now days are amazing. VMac i think they call it seems to be the new tuning in thing. Ref Portugal i havent a clue buddy sorry. Zini
  3. Hi Newbie, Yes i have used a .177 in the past. I only shoot .22 now at the moment until my new donated gun arrives in a couple of days time from VenomViper. I have seen lads on this forum shoot with a .177 and kill just as quick with a .177 than any .22. Its all about shot placement. Both calibre are just as good as each other. If you can shoot you can shoot and will kill at range humanely Si
  4. Hi Tony, Im really glad to see that you are back on here as i was starting to think that something had happened to you old friend. Mate i can promise you this 100% now all of the footage on the new DVD is newly shot and if you saw something that you thought was on the old DVD it was either put on by mistake when i made the short 10 minute clip or it was in the same area and looked like the same thing IE the rooks on the ligts etc, but they are all new deaths friend in the same area. I upgraded my PC to Windows 7 Ultimate a couple of days ago and then found out that the movie maker
  5. I recommend FX pellets pal. I used to use Webley Accupels which were good I thought until I found the FX pellets. The FX pellets group very tightly in my R10 and I can manage to put 5 into a group only a tiny bit bigger than a drawing pin size at 30 metres in .22 calibre. Each barrel likes a different pellet though pal so its more trial and error. My HW100KT also likes FX .22 calibre pellets and also groups very well with them. Another cheap but excellent PCP is the BSA Ultra pal. Zini
  6. Welcome back fasthands and im glad that your ilnness isnt stopping you anymore from getting out and letting them have it. The HW100K is a nice rifle so im sure you will do very well buddy. Zini
  7. Thanks Shay buddy. Im glad your boy is over the moon pal . Si. Hi Kev no not all of the shots mate, just some when they are far away and i have remembered it. I can estimate range quite well with my eyes buddy to tell you the truth so rely on them more that the LRF. You know if you are have estimated correctly with a .22 calibre pal. Because if you havent you miss, simple as that. I hit a few so i cant be too bad at it Si

  11. Hello Mr Jones pal, I’ve owned a lot of spring rifles in my life and shot even more of them and from my experience I’d say that the top 5 are in this order: 1. Air Arms Pro Sport 2. Weihrauch HW 97K. The new thumbhole stock HW97K rifle is a wonderful piece of kit. I saw one at the Grantham Game Fair last year. I would even go as far to say, that if it was tuned it would be a better rifle than the Pro Sport. 3. Theoben evolution 4. Air Arms TX200 mark 3 5. Weihrauch HW95K with Weihrauch silencer. I used to own a new model and regularly took 45 metre head shots at pigeo

He wakes me up every weekend telling me he wants to go hunting or there is a crow in our trees etc that needs shooting. I try to ignore him but then think "CROW" and have to get up to attend to business LOL. Best regards Si

  16. Hi all, The weather was terrible today again up in North Yorkshire and i thought that id be home grounded all day . Luckily the weather had a window of normality for a short period so i decided to take my boy out again to teach him some more about air rifle shooting and hunting. He is coming on really well now and i was proud last week when he hit his first 30 metres spinner with my rifle from the bipod. Not bad for a 9 year old hey? Anyway the feather was out in its abundance again and i had a good few hours shooting and filming with the scope camera for the new DVD whilst t
