  3. We have to remember that this happened in a land of public executions and where life is a lot cheaper than we would want in our country. We have a choice whether or not to view him getting his just desserts,no one forces us to watch. The bloke was a nasty piece of work no mistake,he showed no mercy to his opponents and enemies and as such could expect no mercy himself.I think he knew that.
  4. I'm by no means an expert on Mr Nuttals line's but i understand the later lines were bred a little smaller for the foreign market. Dont know if its true or not but thats what i am led to believe.

  9. These four work/worked well, all KC registerd. I agree though, get a working dog from working lines, the longer lines the better and reduce the risk of failure. I also agree that the way you enter a terrier could effect its later performance but again the long working lines are key.
  10. They should have used the ones they save for people making a lawful demonstration outside the houses of parliment Still it shows how bright the coppers are these days the way they kept tickling the windows with them sticks

  20. I don't ,my old mate from Thorne made mine a fair few years back. Most are of the spun nylon double knotted but some are made from curtain braiding ( ferkin strong stuff but a bit big ). Funnily enough a few years ago at the Champion of Champions show somewhere in Shropshire,Johnson's asked ny friend to make nets for him but my mate being from Yorkshire and living in a mining area would not work for less than £50 an hour
