  1. Will also fit tall, not so handsome bloke with small willy
  2. Friend of mine had something similar, ended up smashing the CV joint( if thats the name for it ). Try steering straight after changing into and out of 4wd to see if it continues. When i was in the Army, Stalwarts used to do something similar going round corners so you were taught to accelrate round bends. Hope its not serious Jasper.
  3. Advert for a friend, sire Meynell lines dont know a lot about mother. Pm for contact number if interested. I think he weants £150 a pup.
  4. 1990. £ 400, Taxed to January 2008, Mot til August. Alarm, immobiliser,CD radio,Remote central locking. :thumbs-up:
  5. £60. Size large, suit tall, handsome,stallion of a man. ( 6 foot and 44" chest) Hardly worn,gathering dust.
  6. My two Bitches, Border is 12", Black thing is 13". Both doing the business. I had a large Border dog some years back and when he did get to his fox it was game set and match but sometimes a few holes had to be dug and a bit of trenching on. He was deep chested though and this was probably why and to be honest it has put me off larger dogs. Maybe i'm lazy but dig one hole,a bit of hows your father, gun in and back fill is a lot easier. I must admit though a bigger dog is a very useful tool and would not knock them, its just i prefer a smaller terrier.
  7. Not so sure on the bigger terrier getting where the smaller terrier can get, it just cant be possible. Nixy that animal looks like it will do the job for you matey, one thing though, don't think its too big or too small or we will all end up like the show fraternity, breeding for looks and not work. Go with what you've got and try and bring the best out of him
  8. Smaller end of the scale but not too small
  9. Except the glow plugs eh  :stinker:
  10. I had the very same problem when i had an immobiliser fitted to my truck. The fella who installed it broke a wire to the relay which puts the energy into the glow plugs. Easy way to check for this is to pop the bonnet, turn the ignition on to warm the plugs and then feel the ends of the glow plugs to see if they are getting hot, if they aren't then thats your problem and you only need find out why. To get the thing started from cold at the moment, find the heater plug relay and run a wire from the positive terminal on the battery to one of the power/cable inlets and this should energi

Don't believe in these long opening hours, if you can't get enough to drink between 7 o'clock and 11 o'clock you just aint trying hard enough Sat like a hermit in front of this screen, its Carling Black label ( truely the nectar of Gods) and KP peanuts in a bowl.............All the sustinance man needs
  15. If he kept Russels would they have been called, Honky, Snowflake and Chalky. Love thy Neighbour eh....................
  16. I've gone to add to this post a number of times and just can't seem to get it right Here we are looking at some c*nts to be fair and giving our opinions on them, not the dogs. I might be wrong but i aint seen an old dog on the link, maybe they mellow with age or maybe they dont live that long, getting a pasting like they do. No doubt at all these are very game animals, demonstrating just that and i've also no doubt there are such game dogs in these fair isles to equel them. Difference probably being we maybe like our, 'game' animals to live a bit longer and not run up large
  17. I stand with Poacher, keep the posts coming mate, chuff any one who is thick enough to be negative about any hunting on this or any other forum.
  18. Todd, Meg, Mick,, Jess, just don't let the wife name a terrier, or the kids or they will be names that you can't shout out loud. In Chapmans the Real Jack Russel there is a couple of pages just with names for terriers. Quite useful.....................if you've no imagination
  19. Maybe he's a smart dog and thought 'tit's to you matey, if you aint digging me out and shooting this beast in front of me , i aint staying in here'
  20. , first thing to do is have a laugh about it even if you are still pissed of with yourself , its there to hunt another day. The dog has done its job and the finale wasn't quite as expected but so what, i think we've all ballsed the job up some how. I've done the same thing myself when breaking into my Border bitch, i lifted her thinking with me stood in the hole the fox would stay in and play the game and stay and be shot by the Keeper..................WRONG, the ferker bolted out of the hole and away. Next time try securing the Quarry first before shooting. and keep that dog worki

  22. Just done mine, you cannot believe those B'STARDS could squeeze any more money out of the public
  23. so by worker to worker do you mean every genaration has to have worked or would you just as an example breed of a dog that was a top worker with 3-4 good hard seasons under his belt but it's mother and father were the type that stay 10 minutes and then come out .Would this be to much of a risk in your expierence or because the dog was as good would you take the chance [please understand i am no expert and am looking for opinions not trying to pick faults ] Just my opinion of coarse but i reckon any one who works their dogs, be they terriers, gun dogs or lurchers would only try to produ
  24. Got to agree there Shay and the same can be said for all working breeds and not just terriers. i was going to mate my black bitch in Autumn but after heeding various people's advice, i decided not to and am glad i didn't. I am honestly thinking off breeding off my Border bitch and letting the pups go to working homes only for the price of rearing if i can find the right dog. She is kc registered out of Jack Prices stuff but the pups wont be and i wont be paying a stud fee either.........................any one got a good dog for use , and anyone after a working Border ?
