Had to watch this a couple of times! clever stuff...... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fB0jml3iLBc&feature=player_embedded
  2. Mrs Mole and Secretagentmole have identicle ISP's and both on the forum at the same time , both are also showing the same ISP Number on the ISP look up tool, perhaps you have two computers running off the same ISP? What I can't work out is we have three pc's running in this house sharing the same Hub! yet all the ISP numbers are slightly different by a digit or two on each pc.
  3. the wife got hers from this place Bull a good few years back in the pictures shown in the old house. since then she's added a extra ring to it and extended it a bit, it used to be 15 x 10 in the picture and now 20 x 10. I know she contacted a few companies but these did the best deal, its also pretty well made and built to last First Tunnels
  4. I think you're 100% right Sean and Darryl although I always have had a Air rifle I was pretty out of it for a good few years apart from the occasional shot. I got more into the shotguns in the 90's right up to the last few years and must admit when I first picked up a scope gun after a long while I viewed it with both eyes open. these days I generaly think I do suffer a bit with Parallax errors. one minute I'm taking Rabbits on the ground freehand and the next squirrels and Pigeons up the top of trees, I'm not saying this is actually a parallax error but some of the tight positions I
  5. A lad on the estate owns a 57 plate Nissan Navara Outlaw and reckons on a run he will get around 34 - 35MPG, sounds pretty good to me when you think of the size and weight of them. My old 2002 Nav D22 will do a tad over 30MPG on a run, best yet was 32MPG......
  6. Thats pretty interesting Si . I had noticed sparks before and thought I was seeing things. Out of interest does anyone know what the H&N FTT's have in them aswel as Lead? cheers Jasp
  7. Been doing some interesting reading on the subject in the January 2011 edition of Airgun world Mag by Jim Tyler. By all accounts to correct Parallax error not only do you adjust the scope to the requied Parallax range, the ocular ring must also be brought into focus. it seems one doesn't go without the other? By just dialing in the Range on the scope adjustment to eliminate Parallax just isn't enough! the focus ring must also be focused at the given Range. Reading through it makes alot of sense. does anyone else use this method? Jasp
  8. :11: I'll get it brought up from the gimp room and posted back this week Bill with a brand new tube of KY atb Jasp
  9. Nice one Phantom! good to see you back on mate . must admit my pockets have had some weired things in them but not Matches unless I'm burning rubbish in the garden. I just pulled the pockets inside out and they're full of chick fluff, Dust and fine sand from somewhere. also found! a used tube of KY Jelly, a rubber Penis Ring, some used wipes and a smal rubber finger mounted arse tickler, no idea where they came from .. Jasp
  10. You have a good point there LR . The gun has been standing for a good while now. I'm just guessing about the Magazine and debri going into the barrel! It all sounds a bit far fetched having sparks coming out of the barrel, anyone would think I've been tripping on some strong stuff but its 100% definitely sparks. Jasp
  11. Nice one wurz! must admit I do keep some old Undies in my Pocket from the neighbours linen line , I'm now thinking perhaps its the small curly hairs stuck round the gusset making their way into the magazine and igniting in the barrel . atb Jasp
  12. 100% bang on Fireash . I have never owned one or would ever consider one, the whole concept for perching a accipter on a post just doesn't add up . the general rule of thumb is Falcons was Blocked and Hawks Perched! the old school falconers who dwelled over this over years of knowledge knew exactly what they was on. why now people have decided to change things and stick a Hawk on basically what is a extended Block or should I say post is totaly beyond me . atb Jasp
  13. He sounds like he's coming in Bullet! all the things you mention is pretty normal of a bird showing condition Had Imprints for AI ands natural pairs a good few years now mate! definitely well before I ever started messing about on Pc's. I spoke to Andy a few months back to tell him I have moved, he's a top genuine lad is Andy and pretty much out of the birds now. stick with the male and go in building a nest with him! all is good with the bonding. he might trash it a few times and then again he might now hardly build much at all but it doesn't matter to much if he is receptive to you a
  14. Cheers for the info Darryl! that certainly sounds like the thing to do bud . just out of interest would the WD40 be ok on the small O ring that runs round the mag? I think perhaps its crap coming through the Mag Andy, Just did a test below while its dark. Jasp I just did a test outside in the dark Ken. I fired off a full 10 shot mag and only one sparked out! I then tried it with the single shot tray again with 10 shots and all was ok. Its looking like Particles of debri from inside my pockets getting into the mags and igniteing in the barrel, I noticed in the past so
  15. Many thanks guys for the replies . I have to say I'm totaly Cabaged by why its doing it. I now recall seeing this before from this gun but thought I was seeing things but no doubt about it I saw it light up on a couple of occasions today. I havn't done much with the gun for a few weeks except top it up a few days ago. I never lubed it but fired off a few shots in the field at a few targets and it seemed below par, I then decided to give it a go across the chrono and noticed the sparks. I'm wondering if any debri gets pushed into the barrel via the Magazine? the reason I'm saying i
  16. I'm still useing my old Favourites <H&N Field Target Trophy .177>. I have never seen it spark before , I think the only times I saw sparks and plenty of smoke was some old springers breaking the sound barrier when dieseling. This gun averaged around 766 FPS over 5 shots.. Jasp
  17. Very nice Roger . I have the same toy as you but in .177 Calibre in the pic below, Its a lovely gun but mine has the 400cc bottle. I'm sure you'll have plenty of good sport with your Air Ranger . Jasper
  18. I thought I would give the Air Ranger a few shots over the chrono today as it seemed under powered. to my shock the first shot produced some sparks from out of the barrel! the next couple was fine and then the third shots produced sparks again. Trust me guys I'm not losing my mind there was 100% sparks. anyone else ever witnessed this and if so any ideas whats going on? also like to point out I have not lubed the pellets or the Barrel either. all seems a bit odd to be honest . atb Jasper
  19. :clapper: Top Lad! thats one he'll remember for a long while. when he's playing for Man Utd first team in 10 years time we can now say we saw him on THL first

    noisy harris

P/r Harris's can fire up screaming a good few years later in life for all sorts of reasons, Bordom being one aswel as a good few others. another one to take into considerations! a Harrishawk is gregariouse by Nature, if left on their own after being in constant company from a Falconer or another bird they can sometimes start to call. I have a old pair here which the mother is now 16 and the father 21! the female was removed from the aviary about 4 years ago to clear up a injury in her foot, within a couple of weeks she was calling , weather it was because she was missing her mate and wante
  21. things are a bit slow here with the new male at the moment but the proven bird will be on the pad as soon as I put my hand through, I'm holding him back for a good week before I start to get him going. females are bang on track and looking good but then again they're well proven and can be read like a book, here's the HG female coming in which is always ahead of the rest .....

    football

nice one tb25 . here's my lad front far right a few years back in the youth championships played at carrow road norwich. he was pretty handy with the ball and still is but now worked out what girls are all about .
  23. Hopefully this will give you a rough idea! the Hesian lays across the air vents at the bottom of the still air Hatcher with both ends submerged in the water wells, as the air is drawn in by the Hatcher it will pass through the wet Hesian creating damp air. I know of a breeder who just used New dish cloths which will do exactly the same. think of a candle? basically this is the same method with a wik used in water instead of wax. Jasper
  24. Get a peice of Hesian sack or something simular you can use as a wick! obviusly make sure its clean and free from any Bacteria. place this in the water across two wells if possible so the water soakes up the Hesian like a wick! trust me you'll soon see your Humidity go up. I'm a bit lost though mate why you want the Humidity up so high in a Incubator? I only run a still air Hatcher at 60 - 70% and never had a chick stick in a egg yet.
  25. Bet the little scumbag won't do that again! the Fatboy came good and wasted him..
