I picked up a Daystate Air Ranger .177 a couple of years back ideation! I have to say apart from the weight of the rifle when fully loaded with equipment its a total pearler of a rifle. I average around 240 shots on a fill! you would probably get more in .22, its also pretty Lethal in the accuracy department too but then again I think alot of these Pre Charge rifles are. like mentioned above the only issue I have is weight, all in its around 10.5 LBs! this is fine off a Bipod or resting buy freehand shooting up at squirrels I find it a bit of a lump Jasp

5 years for 91 year old soldier for folling orders 60 years ago
jasper65 replied to littletimmy's topic in General Talk
Its a crazy world when they feel the need to bang up a old man of 91 for crimes commited near on 70 years ago. weather he enjoyed it we'll never know but the guy for sure would be taking orders from people alot higher than him! he was a soldier and his job was to do what he was told. plenty of other atrocites gone on in the wars before and after we never hear about, there's also plenty the world turn a blind eye to like old Mugabe........ -
Pigeon eggs are normally out by 17 days Wurz so you could be a proud father of a pigeon soon mate , let us know when you have it christened pal so we can all come down for a piss up . My missus does things like that! she's been known to bring dead things in the house and asked me if I can revive it , normally its somthing fresh thats flown into the window but when they have maggots crawling out of them its asking a bit much . atb Jasp

Poor old Kenny's going to be disapointed when we make it 20 this time next year . I can't understand why it took them so long to make his position perminent? he was the fans choice and also started getting results! should have been a fore gone conclusion long ago.....

Its the "Neutral Position Switch". my D22 did the same about a year ago with the car losein power mainly in third, generaly felt like it was missing but didn't do it all the time. I made into mine from the top removing all around the gear lever under the carpet and removed the wires and unbolted the switch. Mine just needed freeing off with some WD40 and a good clean! its been running perfect since anyway this info came off the nissan forum

I candled the first 5 the other evening and have hit everyone fertile . shame I couldn't inseminate the missus that easily atb Jasp

Congratulations to you and the missus Dan My oldest is now 15 but it all brings back a few memories for me, I was the first to hold my lad and still can't explain the feeling of the buzz it gave me knowing he was mine and thankfully not the postmans or the milkmans atb Jasp

what a piss take Wurz I hear things like this all the time these days with people left waiting for stuff to be delivered. even had it myself when a shop told me they had a certain make freezer in stock ready for dispatch only for them to tell me aftewards they made a mistake and its going to take 2 weeks to come from the factory ! sometimes I think they'll tell us anything to get the sale. as for the other guns? I think it would be the Pro Sport for me mate! thats one well made sexy rifle I have a seriouse soft spot for . I'm pulling my hair out here at the moment with this breedi

No need to apoligise mate its still a learning curve for all of us Basically I would let her sit her eggs for around 8 - 10 days from the last egg, I then go in and pull the clutch from her which generaly when this is done she will Recycle on a second clutch in around 21 days at the most. the first clutch will then go in the Incubator until they hatch which will be run on for around 6 days, by this time she will have layed her second clutch! if you get the drift . I'll then go in the aviary and take the second clutch and put the first clutch chicks back with her to rear. the second cl

I have a old pair here which have bred for me succesfully since the 90's, the mother is now 17 and the father which was originaly imported into this country by the BFC is now 21. Yet this pair still layed 5 fertile eggs this year in a clutch, in the past I would double clutch them but not anymore! she been a good bird rearing Goshawks and obviously Harrishawks in the past! I certainly won't be double clutching her again the poor old girl. a few lads have had them on this forum with the pair producing some good hunting stock of some decent sizes! I'll miss the pair when they finally pass aw

What are the best pellets for rabbits
jasper65 replied to Alfybaby21's topic in General Airgun Discussion
I can only speak from a personal point of view but the "H&N Field Target Trophy's" have always got the job done for me in .177. I pinged this bunny over the other day out in the back field, he seemed a fair way out at x3 mag so I gave him some holdover, the Pellet whistled over his head, this made him jump a bit but he stood perfect for the next shot, this time I aimed at him from a crouching position and over he went . The .177 pellet went clean through his skull in the picture at at least a good genuine 40yds... FTT'S kick arse mate in this gun Jasp -
