Cragghoppers are one of the makes I have been looking at aswel as a few of the Hiking trousers available. the Ex Army lightweights have been the main trousers I wore for a few years and cracking trousers but I always have the knees and arse out of them . 6. that would be grand mate! I have heard you don't take many prisoners with them guns of yours . I don't know if steve told you but Tim has put up a cracking high seat useing scaffolding poles and netted around the top, its more like one of the look out towers at Alctraz . you can get four up there no problem over looking some prime ground. 7. that certainly could be a worry saxon mate if he doesn't start killing, once they start killing this is part of the growing up process and gets them focused onto somthing else. some of the best P/R birds have become vocal when held back on Flying/Hunting weight. a few nice easy slips would certainly do the trick bud Jasper
  8. Must admit I'm gobsmacked when I see some of these prices for chicks, they seem to be going up and up from one year to the next. the dearest I have ever payed for 250 chicks is £7.50 and that was expensive I thought. the problem is when its a case of needs must you have to pay the going rate if there is none else available cheaper! seems like all the food prices are going up but the bird prices are going down . 9. Heard about it a few times but never seen it, cracking video clip .......

  11. If you had purchased £1,000 of shares in Delta Airlines one year ago, youwould have £49.00 today. If you had purchased £1,000 of shares in AIG one year ago, you would have£33.00 today. If you had purchased £1,000 of shares in Lehman Brothers one year ago, youwould have £0.00 today. But, if you had purchased£1,000 worth of beer one year ago, drank all the beer, then turned in the aluminum cans for recycling refund, you would have received £214.00. Based on the above, the best current investment plan is to drink heavily & recycle. A recent study found that the average Br

  17. Well I have had mine for near on 5 years now without any problems whatsoever! its now done 117,000 and sweet as a nut. seems funny as I thought the Navara's had the same engine in them as the pathfinders yet they never went pop . I have heard of a few go bang but also of a good few thats done over 200,000 and still sweet as a nut, and plenty more with no problems, mind you heard of plenty of other makes blowing their lid too. so on that note my next motor will 100% be another Navara ......
  18. Seems the above auction site has finished, Its a shame as the last two things I won from there was couple of big S lures for about £1.30 each plus free postage, there was some good deals to be had although I think they still operate as a shop.... http://www.anytackle.co.uk/index.php

  20. Must admit they would come in handy expecially the quail in the breeding season. just got 34 bunnies off a keeper down here but some look a bit suspect as to how they was shot, some have definitely been hit with a rimmy but some others look like a shotty job, if I find any lead shot they'll all be ferret food..........
  21. Shame you wasn't closer bud, I'm getting them for £17 per 1000. I'll sort some out for you next time your over ............ Jasp
  22. sounds like the cracking holiday, we hired a boat out for the day last year near the wroxam part of the broads just for a look, the place seems never ending with lots of places you can just disapear into to get away from traffic from other boats. by all accounts there's some pretty large pike in there aswel as some decent Perch and Bream. I was hopeing to bump into someone who has fished the place before bank fishing who can give me a few tips....
  23. seen this before coney, they put on alot of fat reserves when put down to moult which needs to come off, this is a process of enseaming a Hawk. what we all tend to do is just drop them without the same care and attention used in the initial manning process when she was first taken up, basically she may well be down in weight but if she wasn't handled much in the process she will still be pretty arse. I'm not saying this is the case just somthing to think about . You could try bringing her weight up again to bring her down again, but while doing this feed her up each time on the fist until
