If it's a fairly new bottle and just gone out of test, it should fly through a re-test. Or stirrup pump if it's to much hassle.

I would avoid HW100 anything. They have had problems from the start and HW haven't really got to grips with the issue. IMO. Never had a problem with mine, had it since 2010, not even a service.

I have not looked at a new gun since I bought my HW100KT years ago, it has every thing I need. But you know what it's like lads. I quite fancy a bullpup for use with my NV, and I love the HW100 bullpups, I'm teetering on the edge.

HS2 is not for the people, it's a bus ride out of London to the new cheaper country homes for the few who can afford it, and nothing else, another con. The trains we have now can do 125mph, but they don't, or can't.

Problem is, too much steel produced worldwide, there are stock piles of the stuff, both scrap and new. We just don't use steel in the quantities that are produced, even the Chinese can't shift it at bottom dollar prices. The NHS is bust due to it being abused, to many pen pushers and not enough nurses. The doctors know f**k all. I used to think doctors were well trained to a high standard in this country, until I became really ill, and then I saw them in the real light of day, most of them no nothing, and worse than that, you can't tell them they know nothing, because they are so far up th

Capstick didn't take the head shot, instead he went for a 'raking shot to the heart'. I have the full film of his hunt here. I know that he is considered by many to be a fraud, but he could write a damn good story and his narration skills are second to none. IMO. he is one of my favourite writers. he was heavily influenced by R Ruark, who is my favourtie writer. Any chance you could put the film up JD?

I have to say I quite fancy a go at an Elephant, but as Capstick did it. One shot, iron sights, .475 inch (12 mm) bullet. I don't think the rifle would have been that accurate over a distance, so it's a close up shot or nothing. And if you miss, your road pizza. Bull Elephant racing towards you in a rage, the Elephants trumpeting would be deafening by the time it was in range. Now it's just you and your quarry, if you miss your dead, if you make the shot, he's dead. If your hearts not racing, your already dead.
