    I would avoid HW100 anything. They have had problems from the start and HW haven't really got to grips with the issue. IMO. Never had a problem with mine, had it since 2010, not even a service.     Been looking at chippies since you put this up, all the ones in my area that seem do well have parking outside, be it a few customer spaces or on road parking in front of the shop, don't know if this helps.
