  10. lads all you need to do is get some sedalin gel off a vet put it on a bit of meat and throw it to him he will be sedated in about 15 fifteen minutes and you will be able to pick him up no problem at all hope this helps. a few week of gentle handling and getting him used to you and he'll be fine, y.i.s sionnach

  13. hi all we had a couple and a half of the small hairy griffon bassetts about ten or so year ago. we brought them out with our foot pack of beagle cross they where great dogs to draw cover but preferred to hunt rabbit, hare or deer then switch to fox we had them 2 seasons before we parted with them. the rest wopuld be on a fox but the griffons would be rabbiting or on a hare. they have a great temperment and easy to handle etc. but wouldn't gel to fox for us. hope this helps.
  14. like charlie caller said it seems to be a problem with rifle ie maybe points are getting caught or knocked when chambering just a suggestion. hope you resolve it.

  19. well as far as i know the prize is 5 euro for first for each race. this way everyone gets to run as many or as few times as they like. having organised alot of flapper racing we've found lads don't want heats with afinal just straight racing with a winner taking the prize for each race, hope this helps, y.i.s, sionnach
