    Don not sure if it's the trophey that you mean.But I won a silver spade trophey last year and won it again today for best entered terrier at the Exmoor Fell and Moorland annual show.

    Good and bad in all crosses.It's total stupidity to say any one breed is any better than another.We all look for different things in our dogs.I have seen dogs of many different crosses make others look stupid on our chosen quarry.But that doesn't mean that that cross is better than the next. These threads really do show peoples lack of knowledge and experience. It's no wonder that decent dogmen keep their opinions to theirselves,and choose no to get tangled up in these foolish threads.

    She's looking great Walt you've done a good job on bringing her on.Everyone that had one that i've spoken to is well pleased with them.All seem to be intelligent and switched on with plenty of drive. Bowderdale,both bitches looking good keep us posted on their progress.

    His coat was about 3 inches long so now it shows his true physique.He's about 24 tts.I went to the Welsh last year but I'll have to let you know nearer the time mate.

    Was out lamping many moons ago my young Deerhound Greyhound bitch ran a rabbit into a hedge I heard something rustle and didn't think anything of it.Turned the lamp out and waited for her to return.I heard a rustling noise getting closer and closer,so turned the lamp on.I was amazed to see this bitch retrieving a fertiliser bag on tiptoes and holding it by the top corner.When the bitch brought it to me I opened the sack and to my surprise the rabbit was squatting in the corner.

    yet ive had more hares in 2 seasons than newts has ever had. edited to say ask newts why i use the name dances Ferretboy read the post it wasn't in response to you I don't even know you. Dances Newts never went out to catch Hares and this is why I don't usually respond to your pm's or posts it always ends up airing your shit in public. How have YOU had anything without Newts or your dad as you are still at school and can't drive a car legally yet? Personally I have never been into running hares day or night apart from that its now illegal.

    You haven't been around long enough to have seen a great deal,believe me when I say that a true test for a hare dog is in the daytime. Ask your dad. In response to Dances last post.

    Thats just it they rarely split a hedge at night a true test on the Hare is in the daytime.

    Definitely a bit of Bourneville in it I'd say Watch him out in the sun or he won't stay hard for too long.............!
