FFS you boys can talk some fair shit ... Obviously if one of the dogs is only out once a week and the other is out three times then its a no brainier BUT if both dogs have the same fitness routine rough the week then the dog that is walked all night lamping must have the advantage over the dog that's driven its common sense .......

How can a dog that's driven right up to its quarry before being slipped be fitter than a dog that has to have longer slips because you can't get that close ... Also if there are ten rabbits in a field then a good dog that's walked up to the edge of the field should lift 8 of them so that's eight runs ... If you drive into that field then the closest rabbit will be run but the rest will soon piss off so that's only one run .....

Well I for one say fair play to them for making a point .... Girls can wear skirts or trousers but lads can't wear shorts ... What a load of bollox ... It's boiling hot and they have to be in trousers when they could easily be allowed to wear shorts ... Some jumped up head master being a wanker I reckon ... Good lads ... Only in Wales lol .......

If you haven't got the game to put In front of your dog then travel fella you will be surprised what you see ... There isn't a lot of game in Wales so I suppose you would get a wee bit excited at seeing a few deer .......

My dogs food bowls and water bowls are designed so they are spill proof but that's bye the bye ... At the end of the day the fella must be gutted that his bird has been left to die BU I would have rung the fella at least once to ensure my bird was ok .........

On a few occasions when i Have been working away I have had to leave one of the dogs and a few of the ferrets behind and my missus and kids have been away visiting family so I have obviously had to rely on mates BUT before I go I make sure that the animals have plenty of water and a good feed so EVEN IF my mates didn't bother to go around they would still be fine ...........

Tell the dogs that when their on their 5/6th fox or 4th buck that you wouldn't put in front of them walking , I like a walk but to say driving is no way hunting is a wee bit silly I can put that and more in front of my dog walking ....... your the man Yes I am ........... thought you were banned from the deer park........?..... I am but sneak in now and again ... I miss the ticks .........

Driving around a field slipping dogs on quarry is in no way hunting or any test for a decent dog ... It's just s way of bad dog men to brag that they have big numbers and bluff themselves that they have good dogs ... Take the vehicle away from them and will make them and their dogs looks very average ... If you want to hunt then get out of the truck and learn some field craft by walking the ground ......
