    I've never said its ok to take a 4 or 5 month old pup lamping BUT ... As I said previously some 5 month old pups are physically able to catch a green summer rabbit on the lamp and the man that's raised the pup and seen it everyday is the only one that can decide that ... Triggers dog caught 2 easy summer rabbits ... He didn't have a full nights lamping ... We have all seen the pictures and he is a well put together strong pup that wouldn't have been taxed by two catches ... What age do you enter your dogs jeemes I am genuinely interested as it sounds like we are miles apart in the way we rear our dogs ....... Not at the stupid age of 4 month old by the sound of it...     When you use a terrier as a busher you have the terrier related problems ... Going to ground ... Pissing off on a line ... Selective deafness ... When you use a spaniel as a busher there are no problems as they are purpose bred to be bushers ... So why put potential problems into a cross when you can add a dog that will better what you already have ......

I can make jungle formula for you walshie if you want?All I need is a few samples of semen off socks and I will add my own sample for you and mix it up in a spray bottle with some lavender You can have it for a fiver You can be the one to collect it off him then. He can just ask his missus for some !!!!!!! Lol Ken my missus is almost 5 foot tall. It would be like watching a Jack Russel mount a greyhound Lol I'm not that fukcing short .... Anyway everybody's the size lying down lol .......

    You need a 50/50 mix of cow shit and sheep shit put it in a bucket and piss in it three mornings in a row and mix it well ... Apply liberally all over your body three times a day ... A proper country insect repellent that Dave ........ Failing that jungle formula is decent stuff ........

    Yeah of course your pup come across the partridge? but would you take a pup out intending to run it at 18 weeks old ? It all depends on the pup and time of year ... If I had a pup that was solid and was running well and was naturally putting in a jink and turn without falling over like a clumsy toddler and there were half grown stupid rabbits about then yes why not ... One or two little runs on a rabbit are not going to tax a well built strong pup ........

    The one I have now no as she isn't mentally or physically able and won't be at that age ... Her mother Tilly caught a partridge out of a hedge row at 8 weeks of age and caught her own game consistently after that ... She tracked her first roe stag at 6 months of age ... All dogs are different and some are far more capable as pups than others .......
