    Went ferreting yesterday and i didnt bother with the nets on the first warren as i wanted to bolt the rabbits to my whippet as it is her first season, so i put the ferret in and he kept surfacing so i kept putting him down, i knew there was something in there as the terrier was marking, so after 3 times finally to rabbits bolted, so my guess is to keep working the ferret in the warren until you are completely sure that there is nothing at home, even try putting the ferret in every hole on the warren. Works for me

    Just found THESE on ebay and he claims he has never lost a rabbit from one, dont know about you but i have never see this kind os tealer or purse net peg before, what do you think lol

    Today i went ferreting and the ferret had a rabbit but it would bring it to the nearest hole and he did it twice today and i was very impressed but he did not kill them.

    Definitely, well last night i took the air rifle and my mate took his lurcher and his pup and they were running a rabbit and it turned them and was making its was across the field and i have the air rifle and aimed along the barrel following the rabbit and as soon as it was a safe shot i pulled the trigger and the rabbit that was running half harted rolled over and to our amazement it was stone dead, honestly it was like some one shot it with a shotgun it was the best shot i have ever done with and airgun, it was about a 15 yard shot but was well happy with it

    Went out this morning ferreting with 15 nets one ferret and my whippet and terrier. It was the whippets first time ferreting and the first warren the terrier marked i didnt put any nets down as i wanted the whippet to have a run with the terrier and just get used to ferreting. well 5 minutes later one bolted and it was off, the terrier mist is by an inch and the chase was on and the rabbit got the another hole before they could catch it . Second warren i put nets down and one bolted into a net and the terrier held it safely til i got there and put it into my bag, second one the ferret had

    The MKM collars switch off by a magnet, the MK locator had a magnet in it so will the MKM collars work with the MK3 receiver, i think thats what he means

    The other day on our shoot some pissed(i think) drove his Jeep straight into the hedge where theres loads of much and we could see where he was trying to get out but think he was a bit to pissed to do it properly so he buggerd off before the coppers came round lol

K thanks mate, not going to buy that crap anymore, thanks Yep was told by an old boy who "claims" he had very good deerhound X greyhound crosses that he said the best nights they worked was when they were fed an hour or less before going out.     Right for x-mass and over the times i have been beating in the local shoot i have urned £400, i have got my SGC and its on its way in the post or not far off coming in the post so when i turn 15 mu step mum will give me the 20bore i use over their house. Now my problem is that for x mass of my dad i asked for a hushpower 3 shot pump action 410 but instead he gave me money towards it, so for my birthday(May) should i part exchange my 20bore for the hushpower and have some money left over, orrr should i get my step mum to buy the 410 and i give her the money and there for i can have a 410
