    They are not as good as the manufactures claim they are ...ive had limited success with themm early on in the season ....I only ever use dead birds on cradles now

    IMO if you are adding bull blood to digging terriers they have to be of very tested stock and the bull in question has only done a bit of bushing and your russel is no world beater so the odds of a decent litter are stacked against them before they are even born ....no doubt these pups will be advertised on here in a few months time it will be interesting to see the price

    This is the dimmer set up I use as I think that the filters are too much hassle on the lightforce ....it is a speed control for a pigeon magnet you can pick up for a few quid.

    the word game is throwen about the dog world all too much ....but on a site like this all im going to say is l very very few lurchers can realy be called game with the quarry in this country

    this young lad has been amongst it from only weeks old and hes now 3 1/2..I dont think theres a certain age its just getting them out and teach them right

    There are plenty of threads about what deeks lads are useing ....I have tried them all over the years and I am out shooting pigeons nearly every day of the week but maybe only deecoying a few times a week depending on weather ,where there feeding etc . here is my set up that I have found to be successfull through trial and error On rape or stubble I put out 20 cradles with dead birds 2 groups with a space in the middle to encourage birds to land in the killing zone the individual birds i have quite close together cause if you watch birds feeding they can be quite close and have found this t

    I have had very limited succes with them ....what I have found with them is they are worth a shot when it is realy windy but if the truth be told I have around 30 of them and they never realy come out the box much
