hiya everyone i fancy writting up my dogs pedigree, purely for my own interests, my main working bitch is a grand little dog and i would like to see whats in her blood dam deerhound/greyhound sire whippet its the whippet side of things i want to concerntrate on, i saw both parents work preban and was very happy with them, sire to my bitch is pure working whippet bought direct from mike brown's kennels approx 9 or 10 year ago, the owner could have kc'd him but never sent off the paperwork, the name mike brown had the pup leave with was John's pocket rocket, sire is jake lord of

mike brown whippets are the best way to go, buy direct if you want a pure whippet or go for a cross, i've seen a few of his dogs in the fleash and watched them work, nothing compares to them pure whippet wize and i don't think you can go wrong with the blood line either, my bitch is half whippet, sire was bought direct from his kennel and was straight out of jake lord of the knight, who was grandson to sooty sam, couldn't fault the dog apart from the owner, dog done what was asked and more.. check out of the website and you'll see the photos and it will give you information about the dogs t

trying to keep on topic... how are you doing with the kits mate? still alive? are they eating well? would be good to see photos of them, and ignore some of the more pointless comments, whats done is done and i would like to think other people would have done the same look forward to hearing about them lurcher lass x

i'm guessing you'd be travelling from england? if so provided you have photo ID i.e driving lisence you could travel by ferry over but you would need a passport for flying over enjoy your trip and hope this helps

i'm terrible i seem to waste so much time with the lil critters, i love watching them play and interact with eachother, you'd think with 15 i'd be sick of them!! lol - litter of ten i am loving every moment the mum to the litter for a couple of days break and a chance to be centre of attention again for a bit, and popped her in with three jills and a hob, once pecking order was sorted they were chatting and bouncing away had a quiet day today so after i done my usual one on one with the kits, i let the older lot out to play with cat toys and have some treats and be spoilt a bit

i've moved all my fezzers into a big run incl my jill whose is now weaned from her kits and though she took some getting used to not being centre of attention she had a little play with a cat toy, was really nice to see xx

wow i see your trying to do the right thing, by this point the mother would have been checked and gone and already stated after you handled them the mother probably wouldn't want to much to do with them.. BUT if it wasn't for you chances are they would be splatted in the middle of the road.. my dad mentioned having stoats once he had them for a good while but they broke out when they were adults and of course never seen again, but he liked watching the behaviour of an animal your normally lucky to get a glimpse of this link should help mate, and all the best with them, be good to

very well said and i completly agree, even if i'm just walking the mutts sometimes i'll take collars off, i love watching the dog run free, its nicer to see the lines of the dog properly too

sounds like a good cross there,, would be very interested to see the parents, sorry to hear about the loss but as already said at least it means you'll have fatter healthier puppies and it makes handling them when their older all the very best with the litter and beautiful photos of good looking pups xx

i had a knock on the door today, was a child asking if i had ferret kits for sale which i do,, he said would i give on to him for free,, i explained that their for working homes mainly but i would certainly NEED to speak to his parents first,, so an hour or so later this lads dad knocks on door and asked "ow much for em?" i wont let my ferrets go to just anyone and i certainly wanted to hear more about this man,, so i said they were mainly to working homes but i would consider a very good pet home,, he cut me up stating he didn't care about that and once more asked for the price, to be honest
