She's looking well mate, i'll put some pics of shane up later, i too have found it hard to bond with shane but it's getting better, but generally i find bull x's the most clingy overly loyal dogs you can get, my youngster is like bloody velcro! If he's running about with the others and i speak he comes rushing over like oh my god you spoke, please fuss me lol! My other bitch is the loyalest out of the lot, always watching me and always does as she is told, the collie x is the stubborn one in my case!

So glad to read that she is ok, poor girl though she really does look a different dog, her face says it all, i really hope she comes back as good as new but im sure she will she's strong, even if she doesn't at least she is still alive.

I have been told to start my dog off at 12 month old with another and see how she reacts then see what she does on her own, if the ban wasn't in place id get my dog on them now. If they aren't keen when a year old they probably never will be. What's the point in waiting til they're so an so old, they either have it or they don't. This is all just my opinion and im hardly an expert. Im also talking about bull x's in particular, i wouldn't expect a collie x or a saluki x to start taking bite back animals at a 'young' age so to speak.

He's comeing on well mate, getting bigger everyday im sure of it! Loves trying to get the others to play with him but they have none of it! Not keen on the ferrets though after the nips he's had off em lol.

Yep i still have my oldy although she doesn't really show her old age bar her lameness on a front leg due to osteoarthritis, she still goes out on the lamp now and agian although she can't be run as hard as she used to she still gives her all, just tends to be stiff for a good day after, she will be nine years old tomorrow She was my first ever lurcher and i have enjoyed the years hunting i have had with her. Pre ban her main role was deer but she was up for anything, she was never a single handed fox killer but that never bothered me, she will be sorely missed when her time comes but she ha
