They don't half make some odd noises! It's a great think to take out and keeps you buisy for hours.
Awsome, iv had a few trips out with my black powder hammer gun this week. You can't beat that bang, smoke and smell!
I'm slowly starting to prefer black powder.
Sorry mate couldn't help myself.
Everything is better caught on a fly rod.
Don't think they are that common, not round these parts anyway.
Aww not poisonous thank god, I have it a kiss before I let it go lol.
They're quite safe as long as you don't hold them with your bare fingers.
I don't know how common they are now, but the rivers used to be full of them when I was a kid. They'd always get to your bait before anything decent.
No bare fingers? Oops!
Well chuffed I caught a new species tho.
Had a lightening recently and it was pretty good to be honest. Around 2001 I had an old one and the silencer was a nightmare it used to come loose all the time and was held by a tiny grub screw but did the job from what I can remember.
I remember the starling days I had a bsa mercury in the farm office and did many a mad dash to grab it. Don't see many nowadays and only get the odd one and nice to see one on the bird table. It's either hundreds or none.
each to their own if you like it rez thats all that matters
modern gun designs and stocks haven't half changed compared to the older stuff. im currently playing with a 1885 black powder birmingham built shotgun and by christ it makes you look at how gun designs have changed.
Just follow this Tom when you do Matty's lol
and it will be stunning
