  1. Makes so hard, but interesting reading if you translate it in google. According Kuanysh, basins on the ears can be divided into two types: Shashak fist (the hairy ear) and zhargak fist (hairless ear). Also differ in the form of a tail: Chayan guyruk (the ring, literally "hooked like a scorpion's tail") and ORAC guyruk (literally "curved eastern crescent"). Pots ORAC guyruk more robust and stocky build. They have less interest in the prosecution of small game - the hare and fox, but most of the evil wolf. The exterior of the pots more often closer to Taigan.
  2. Some nice pics of Tazis if you look through this site, shame I cant understand Russian though. http://amurson.livejournal.com/
  3. What a dog like that say put to a very good deer type lamping dog produce though? I'm not being argumentative, I just wonder if say them kinda dogs wouldnt be able to do a descent job. Ah, sorry, i did miss read you, when you say deer type, do you mean deerhound type? I thought you meant a good deer dog. Also agree that all are not created equal, I'll get my coat.
  4. Dan, What makes you think these saluki hybrids can't do deer ?
  5. Nice one, had my last ferret trip yesterday too Ah well, time to get the sea fishing gear out again
  6. Fair enough, but why say you have an ankle tag, and have to be in by ten ?
  7. [Though you were tagged and on a curfew ?
  8. Phew. although in saying that, every dog can be made to look a fool by the odd rabbit. some times I'm quite happy when one that gives my dog the real run around gets away.
  9. i seen that Me too, and I'm just hoping for his sake, that isnt his dog, and if it is, that he is under 14. edited to say, just read the post above, and fear it is his dog.
  10. I was just talking about this today, while ferreting, that my lurcher could never work alongside a BOP for the very reason, that he would pile in on the kill. shame really, as it does seem a real smart partnership if he would stand off the kill. How have you managed it mate? Truly an interested question, and no a niggle.

Around my way they are normally in groups of 2 to 5 but I have seen 2 large groups of 10+ regular, in the same 2 spots.
  12. i have to agree with you there cocker.
  13. THERE NEWISH, ITS COLD, THEY WILL SETTLE DOWN AND LAY. ADDING MORE AT THIS STAGE MAY STOP THEM LAYING FOR A BIT LONGER, AS THEY'LL NEED TO RESETTLE. (SORRY CAPS LOCK WAS STUCK ON, NOT SHOUTING LOL)
  14. You cant keep them together, as they will cross breed.
  15. Nice job fishfish, they look and sound proper tasty :-)
  16. They were very lucky to have had such an owner, some one who got them out and about doing what they loved most.
  17. lol, fair play, and glad he did the business for you. Is on loan, or did you sell him ?
  18. I've kept many of the breeds mentioned and the crosses, but the ones I have stuck with, which to me are the best utility birds I have keep for both eggs and meat, are Barnvelders.
  19. I wouldn't say you test the dogs more. But you will put more in front of them. Idiots not respecting the land come in all shapes, and styles, only they tend to be able to nick more, and cause more damage in a motor
  20. Nice one Fieldsman, I'm the same, rabbit is cooking now, in a stew thats 100% home grown. Means more money for other things to me. As well as tasting better than tesco's meat.
