  1. I'm in, saved some seed from a proper monster last year, and planted them in the polly tunnel 4 days ago
  2. Mines 12 rods, for £20 a year, the smaller ones are 6 rods, for £15, so a bargin
  3. Any one know what happened about the owner of "lush" trying to fund the countryside crime unit himself? Last I heard it was looking like he wouldn't be able to, but knowing how torys love money, id be surprised if they didn't ltake his money.
  4. also, both those vids are over a year old, so the cuts ARE coming there way
  5. Was once stood in a field with 5 mates, ferreting, when 2 large ladys in fluorescent coats and police badges, made there way over to us, maybe 500 meters, and one managed to fall over twice in that time, flat grass horse field. Twas hard not to laugh too hard when then finally panted there way to us to question us about us "badger baiting" lol
  6. So your basically saying you were talking pish about your exploits??? Only kidden. Anyone who posts their exploits or puts pictures on an open forum is crrrrrrrraazzzzzzzzzzzzzyyyyyy  :headshot:: Yes, I made it all up, and when they saw my fat dog, and a freezer full of rats and rabbit, they did this But, that is why I tend not to comment when others make the same mistake, as really, I didnt listen when people tried to tell me to calm it down. some things you just have to learn yourself.
  7. I did, 2 and a half years ago. Hard drive taken, freezer searched ect. Nothing was proved, and no charges were brought in the end, but it has made me more cautious.
  8. And long may it last. Every one does it a little different, but for me, as long as there doing it, its all good.
  9. thanks for sharing, can you tell us anything about the breed? they look quite greyhoundy
  10. he hasn't just embarrassed himself,he did that 3 years ago. nice to see an old thread bought back
  11. I think its the north, which has the best hunters, which includes wales, scotland and ireland, as they are all north of the m4. reason being, the job shy lay abouts have more time on their hands.
  12. I've been out with a dog that did 13 on the lamp.
  13. p!key, you know that dog is under weight mate. We all know some saluki types don't hold there weight well, but that one is showing too much back bone even for back water inida moosh.
  14. Often see mine digging up a mouse nest, or one legging it with 2 big frog legs hanging out the sides of its mouth, with ALL the others in hot pursuit.
  15. Reminds me of a good friends 3/4 saluki, that we tried lure coursing once, this dog had some prey drive. It looked at the carrier bag shooting off, and looked at us as if to stay "and" then just sat down lol. My daft mut was off after it
  16. Ah, that one is clearer, the gazelle in the harness was stuffed, and they use a live one to get them worked up. That number 3 dog did very well to come back after it got barged. Was expecting more feather on them, but is that more of a trait we want in the west ?
  17. The xbox line are doing well I've heard.
  18. 3 turns, are you related to whin ?
  19. You can clearly see in that video, what I have seen in the field, where the light takes about 1+ second to reach full power. Then try turning it on and off a few times, it only gets worse.
  20. Take too long to turn on, then get upto full power, and then need to cool down before being turned on again, so not ideal for lamping. Decent led ones aren't far away, i'm waiting for those before trading up my striker.
  21. Fair play, if some one else came up with the daft name. I asked because I would of thought less of them, if that was what they called themselves. From what I've seen of the vid, looks like they enjoy there hunting, and many they have many more years of it.
  22. Do the call themselves "the wrecking crew" ?
  23. So you all like the only one, that wasnt taken by me
