    Here we go chaps. Well done duke he done you proud. He has been the slowest starter between our pups but now it looks like the penny has really dropped. You had a very good idea he had it in him and he by far pushed the boat out. You rushed the retrieve but like you have said already that will come im sure of that.     That what I need, a little cocker putting game up. sick of getting scratched up. Most hares I have seen daytime have been flushed the last few weeks. I wonder how many other daytime moochers are using bushing dogs to get the runs.

    so sorry to hear this. how does that happen on electric fencing. its a horrible fact that we have to face but at least so many dogs have a life working even if some lose there lifes. They would sooner be hunting than sat inside.

    I nearly have an all rounder IMO. She will mark and ferret very well. Run the beam and still fast as feck. She will work cover but not like some dogs,Even swims faster than a lab. Does everything I have ever wanted, Most importantly she has come back fighting after every injury she has sustained. shes messed up her feet but will run again and always give 100%. Luckily we haven't had any injuries until last night when she hit a ditch and has strained a muscle in her thigh. but she hobbled out and was pulling on the lead when fox came in close.     my 8month came limping back other day. It was her back leg and I when I got home she wouldn't sit or lay down and everytime she put weight on it she cried her heart out. I gave her ibuprofen to take help her out. I though she had broken or fractured something. The pain was in the same place my cousins dog fractured and was retired. I was already considering her best option's but next day was absolutely fine. Thank god I haven't got time anymore keeping dogs with serious injuries. Thank feck we are having abit of luck with the bad luck.

    Getting disciplinary at work, guess why? Running late because I was out with the dogs. My aim is to go camper-vaning with the dogs and get seasonal work. that will be my dream and if I can make ends meet I will be the happiest guy on earth.

    wish I could make a living from hunting so I could spend 8 hours a day working my dogs and living of the land. Maybe one day but not bred from a dog either and only would to try and produce something worth keeping.

    nice bitch. good luck with her in January. When they are young it don't take much effort keeping them fit as this. im trying to shred a few more pound of my old bitch and shes not giving it up easy. bike work and ball work plus a 20 mile walk today.
