    4 years is a blink of an eye in bodybuilding terms,how old are you,whats your work,what is your genetic potential ( your parents/gr parents body type etc ).....obviously your gains will slow down thats just your bodies acceptance of a higher workload,you need to be constantly shocking your body into new growth.....theres 101 improvements we can all make to our training even seasoned lifters....ive been lifting a very long time but could still do things better.... What most lads like you dont realise is its physically impossible to gain any more than around 7 or 8 lb of pure lean muscle tissue

    Hello sir....we park our cars in the same garage it seems .....im a believer in the old fashioned thoughts of the proof is in the pudding....start breeding overly long legged or overly shortlegged greyhounds and you dont need a show judge to tell you they are poor dogs just go to a racetrack and SEE they are poor dogs !....Believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see I heard the little Marvin dog was a fine animal....the picture itself indicates my point,he LOOKS like a normal every day stafford to me,yet obviously wasnt !....

    If its a question you need to ask on the internet then your not ready,and in all fairness 90% of people who ask the same question are not ready so its not just you. Theres nothing wrong with juice if you are trying to push yourself beyond your genetic capabilities,but the reality is most people start on steroids as a shortcut....it takes years and years to reach your full genetic potential naturally and most people simply dont want to take the hard route they want instant results,like you i guess ?.....most of what is sold on the internet is aimed at people just like you,who dont really kn

    Totally agree....ive been saying for years these so called " sporting dog shows " ...reid shows and the like are every bit as bad as the kennel club shows,people breeding staffords for leg length,conditioning them up to the eyeballs just to stand them in a showring and have old uncle ed give them a rosette....no different to the freak show kennel club shows only a different standard.     My friends son Mickey Coveney fought on the Ricky Burns undercard saturday night so a few of us went up to give our support...he,s a good boy who,s had a tough career and unfortunately lost to the better man but thats life....what struck me was the noise and atmosphere you Scots can create....it was the Braehead arena near the airport and was only half full and very little atmosphere until Burns came out then the roof nearly came off !....certainly had the hairs on the back of my neck standing up when the flower of scotland was being sung it was great to see true passion with no nastiness.....

    Trouble is though mate as we know an unpredictable bull breed dog is a far more dangerous prospect than an unpredictable dog of other breeds.....so all the more reason not to keep them around. Its quite simple really,either tell the bird to stop going round there,or deal with the dog in the right way.

    Its nothing to do with that....keep it simple,its totally unrealistic to expect people from different cultures with completely different values to get along side by side....forced integration is and never was going to work......i accept they are going to express their displeasure.....but why are they not having a hand put over their mouth like we the Englishman in England is.

    I know they used to have a prgu unit which is like a digital control unit which is how you would change it but dont ask me how i would imagine you will need to consult whoever put the system in as there all different....i think the maximum distance is only around 3/4 metres anyway....the newer ones are using the gsm key system nowadays where you key in a number from your mobile phone....means you can open them from 300 miles away if you really wanted to !...and theres no worry of pulling up and realising you have lost the remote and having to climb over

    It takes a good old East London boy to turn a football club around ....When Harry Redknapp went to Spurs they were bottom of the league,now they are 5th and in the quarter finals of the champions league.......hopefully they give him the England job before he,s too old to do it !     I dont understand Arsene Wenger....for years he has set his teams out to play the " beautiful game " and play fast attacking football.....so why did he go against his own principals and set out to park the bus against Barcelona....i thought he let himself and the club down.
